Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was immaculate, very clean and nice. The view 10/10. The private beach and ability to stay away from the crowds was exactly what we needed. I would stay here again. The home itself we loved, the resort, the pool all of very clean, friendly people, 10/10. The ONLY downside was the poor communication from management. There is a locked gate, we didn't know about so, we had to call and get the code while blocking the entrance. The gate code changed three times while we were there, and no one ever informed us. There is a pedestrian gate, we never knew about, there are no maps, no communication on where the home was located inside the resort and it took us a while to find it because there was also no office staff, the communicated company for beach rentals was also wrong, the had a display in the home with a number to rent beach chairs, wrong. There are no cleaning implements, no brooms, no dustpans...if you are bringing kids with you, you know sand, so a broom would have been nice. It says free tickets that is also not true.

Access to the beach was convenient and the pool was great too. Very good place to stay and relax, we’ll definitely be back!

1. little nats in the unit 2. No instructions on how to use the TV - very frustrating. Basically couldn't use the TV. 3. The refrigerator was making a weird noise at times near the end of our stay.
