Beach Retreat: Easy Walkable Living w/ Bikes & Coffee

Very clean. Conveniently located. Internet signal did not reach back bedroom. Needed extra blankets. Provided coffee and welcome gift of salt water taffy(nice touch). Also a first aid kit which came in very handy. Well appointed, even included streaming service. Would definitely stay again.

What a gem! We really enjoyed our stay. This place is spotless and they thought of everything. Six minute walk to front street shops is a great help with kids and grandma in tow. Heads up: the laundry is coin operated so bring a roll of quarters. The next time I stay I’ll bring my own sheets ( I think the ones provided are synthetic and were really hot to sleep on) and a fan for the kids room. Otherwise it was just what we were looking for. Place was perfect for our family. LittleOutside space was great for coffee in the morning and so private. Kitchen had everything we needed for quick breakfast making or a lunch as we don’t like to eat out for every meal. Beds were comfy. Space was clean. So close to everything, we brought our bikes but could have walked everywhere too! Great spot!

Great location to beach and town of Lewes. Felt safe and private. Unit was very well appointed and very clean.

This is a very comfortable condo. Plenty of space, very clean, comfortable bed and a kitchen equipped with the basics. The owners have to many details (nightlights, carbon monoxide detector, some things for children (pack and play), supply of local coffee, patio table, and 2 bikes.It is walking distance to downtown and the canal.

This was a wonderful property. Very clean. Exactly as described. Great communications with the host. Great location - near countless dining options and the charming retail district of Lewes with easy access (walk, bike or drive) to the beach. And the best guide book I've ever seen with a property. We had a wonderful experience staying at this beach retreat! We had no idea that such a place even existed. It's located in the historic Queen Anne Pier building just across the canal bridge on East Savannah Road as you head to Savannah Beach (Beach 1)The condo was exactly as described, super clean, and in a great location. It's a quick 3-minute walk across the canal bridge to town and maybe a half mile walk to the beach. Parking was more plentiful than any place we've stayed in Lewes. Mike the Host was extremely responsive, friendly, and helpful. Highly recommended! Would stay here again in a heartbeat

It’s been awhile since we last stayed in Lewes. We truly enjoyed ourselves and our accommodations. The hosts are thoughtful and kind- great communicators!

The Condo was very nice and comfortable. It was in a great location, close to the beach with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Overall it was amazing. We really enjoyed our stay.

We needed a place to stay while visiting family for me, my husband and 3-year old daughter. This was perfect. Clean, exactly as pictured, and the patio was a great space to hang outside in the unexpected nice spring weather. It was private with high fences as well! In walking distance of all that the quaint town of Lewes has to offer!

Wonderful location, helpful and generous owners, place stocked with every possible implement, and providing organic coffee. Definitely the place to recommend!

We couldn’t have asked for a better spot for our weekend getaway to Lewes. Ideally situated, we were able to walk to the beach and downtown with our two littles in tow! The hosts go above and beyond to accommodate their guests, can’t say enough about their hospitality! 10/10 stay, we will return!

Condo was clean and well equiped. Location walkable to central Lewes shops, historical society and beach. Easy drive to Cape Henlopen as well as other state parks/nature reserves and beach areas. Highly recommend

My fiancé and I went here for our anniversary, and we had a wonderful time. The rental was very clean, quiet, and close to the beach as well as restaurants and shops. The hosts left an informative binder with easy to understand instructions on the bike trails, shops, and restaurants nearby. It was a great way to experience Lewes for the first time and not feel super touristy!

We were in Lewes for lax tournaments at the Frederica fields, but the location of the cute condo helped us enjoy and appreciate the town of Lewes and the beach. The owner sent info on restaurants and other activities (particularly helpful when the weather was poor). The bikes were great for accessing everything and the location was very central!
