Stayed Jul 17, 2025The condo was great, a nice size for a party of 8 although a larger couch in the living room would have been more comfortable. We knew it was a 10-15 minute walk to the beach, so that was no problem but the pool/hot tub area was not the best--the water was murky and there were clumps of hair in both. Also, there was an attendant who circled around us the whole time in the pool, making us feel like we weren't supposed to be there, and he kept telling us and other renters what we weren't allowed to do. So that was unfortunate. Ron the property manager was immediately available for the few questions we had and even brought us some more parking passes, all with a smile!

Stayed Aug 1, 2025We loved our stay at this condo at NSB! The pictures are exactly like how it looks inside. We loved all the decor and usability, little details even down to the iPhone, watch and airpod charger stations. We slept comfortably and were able to cook for our family smoothly to celebrate our daughter’s milestone birthday. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025We had an amazing little getaway with 2 adults and 4 teenage girls. We hung at the pool and walked across to the beach. The place was clean and super cute! We would definitely stay again and highly recommend! Thank you for a great weekend!

Stayed Jul 13, 2024In general we had a great stay. We only stayed 1 night. The communication was excellent. I only have two cons. The room with the bunk beds: The “mattress” on both bottom bunks were so thin you might as well sleep on the floor. And the community pool/hot tub had so many chemicals in it even the vapor coming off burned our eyes which seems very unsafe to swim in.
