The open-plan condo includes a living and dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. You also will enjoy your furnished private balcony with a view of the bay. The bedroom is furnished with a King-size bed and a Smart TV to access all your favorite programming.

This condo also offers complimentary in-unit WIFI, central air, and will sleep up to 4 people comfortably. Handicap friendly (elevator, not ADA compliant). Parking for this condo is unreserved for 1 vehicle only. You will receive a parking pass at check-in.

Located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. There is a beach, but no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships come to port. The condo complex features private beach access, 14`x20` pool and 10x10` kiddie pool, tennis courts, private parking, gated complex, WIFI access at the pool and Beach and Racquet Club office, bike racks and community coin-operated washer(s)/dryer(s) in each building.

    This property was just as described. It was very clean and had all of the amenities needed. Our favorite part was watching the dolphins from the beach, which was not overly crowded!

    Good afternoonThe property was clean, but when my husband called to ask for more towels they wanted to charge us 10 for more, or said we could use the coin machine to wash the ones that was given to us (as if we didn’t already pay plenty of money). And, what exactly do we pay the cleaning fee for when we have a list of things we have to do before we leave or we get charged more money once again. I’m all for cleaning my families mess up, but don’t charge me a cleaning fee, for me cleaning my own house up. Have a great day!

    Check-In process was fine, but a bit of a pain to have to stop by a second property to check in after traveling all day. Unit itself was cute. We were beside a stairwell and the banging of the door and people talking outside woke us up constantly. I think the worst part for us was that the front door (and not at all soundproof hallway) is legitimately 2 feet from the bed which was… uncomfortable. It felt like people in the hallway/stairwell were in our room. Would not recommend for more than one couple because there’s no way to have privacy between the front door and the bed or the bed and the fold-out couch. No beach view from this unit, but very quick 5 minute walk to the beach and a few miles from the lighthouse. Able to walk to a few coffeehouses and stores as well, which was nice.

    Property is just as it’s listed online. We had a small issue with the AV now working the first day we were there but they came out the next day and fixed it first thing in the morning! Communication with the property management company was wonderful! The bed is very comfortable and very spacious! The elevator worked while we were there and we had no issues with it. We experienced one single palmetto bug during our stay and that’s because I left the sliding door open after a heavy rain. Will definitely be staying here again in the future!

    we checked in and could tell our air was not working. I called tybee renters to talk to them. They did get someone out to check and give us a rental air but that did not work and we had to move to a different room the next day. This condo complex is very nice and clean but me and my husband did not like the beach area was full of ants and a lot of jelly fish in the water. The condo itself we liked a lot but the beach area was not for us we wish we would have stay more mid beach on Tybee. The pool area is very nice at the condo also. You can walk to a local coffee, pizza, taco and shops that was very nice.

    I really thought the condo was pretty and loved the views outside of our back porch. Enjoyed many mornings drinking a cup of coffee. The location to shops and dining was convenient, as was a trip into Savannah. The listing said the condo sits on a beach. While it does have a beach, the water on that side of the island is very dirty because of the huge cargo ships that sail right next to it. I wouldn't recommend swimming in the water and I think the listing should say that. The complex was nice and quiet. The pool was nice. We appreciated the elevator in our building as we often had a stroller with us. The only thing that was a little annoying was there was only one gate pass. So if my husband left with the car, I could not go out for a walk outside of the gate without having to be let in by a stranger. The inside of the condo was nice and fairly comfortable. The T.V. instructions were a little odd and it took us a few days before we realized we were using the wrong remote. Additionally the front door opens directly into the bedroom. There's a window from the bedroom into the outside hallway. I was not a fan of that for privacy and safety reasons.
