Stayed Jun 28, 2020The property owner was so kind and always ready to help us with any problems and she gave great recommendations about restaurants in the area. The bedroom had great natural light which made it easy to get up every morning. The kitchen had ample shelf space. This apartment is very spacious for the area. The apartment always felt very safe even when I was staying alone.

Stayed Dec 26, 2019The apt is located in an area close to the center of Santa Monica and the beach, and has an assigned parking space, an asset in an area of apartment buildings. It is rather dark, since it’s on the ground floor, which I assume was the reason internet connection was sporadic. The overhead heating in the bathroom was not working, which would have been nice to have on the chilly mornings in January.
