BEACH & POOL! LUXURY MODERN FLORIDA VACATION HOME @ BAREFOOT BEACH RESORT!

The resort was very clean and inviting, very close to the beach (just across Gulf Boulevard), great pool area and quiet. The condo itself was roomy for us, but it was not very clean. There was dry cereal in the pull-out sofa, the floors were not clean, the ice-maker had frozen over, and we were only provided 1 small 13-gallon trash bag for the kitchen for the whole 5 days we were there. We also only had 1 (full) roll of toilet paper with several used rolls under the bathroom counter to use up? Never had experienced that before. Also, the TV's only have cable and at night, we could not find any quality programs to watch at all. No Netflix or other streaming services available. But the main issue was the communication issue we had with Mila. She never did send an email prior to our arrival in Indian Shores and as it was getting close to the 4:00 pm check-in time, we began to call and message her. We had to wait for 2 1/2 hours (until 6:30 pm) until we finally received an email with access instructions into the unit. I highly suggest, if you book this unit, that you begin contacting her 12-24 hours prior to arriving to the area to make sure you can access the unit when it is time. Other than that, the area is fantastic, with many places to eat close by and easy to travel around in that area, as well. Barefoot Beach Resort is a wonderful resort.

Liked: The property was close to the beach and quiet. Beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Nice access to the intracoastal water. Well equipped kitchen. Comfy bed and a couch. The owner was pleasant and responsive. Not a fan: no soap/shampoo/conditioner in the bathroom - we had to buy our own. There were two tiny tubes and a broken piece of soap in the bathroom for a single use. The description should not have it listed.

This was a perfect place for our short fall getaway. We loved how close the beach was, the beautiful view of the intercoastal waterway, the beautiful pool area, and all the restaurant options along Gulf Boulevard. It was also close to the airport. The villa was clean, comfortable and exactly as the pictures show. The only slight inconvenience was no laundry facilities in the villa. The floor shares a community, must pay, laundry area. It would not deter us from coming back.

This condo is very welcoming and the beach theme is amazing. Furnishings are beautiful. Kitchen has everything you need. Communication with owner was great through entire experience .

I really liked this unit at Barefoot Beach. The decore was fun, the furnishing top notch and the layout was so good. Our host provided all the expected items to make our use of the space work well. It's good to see all the progress happening at Indian Shores, FL. Oh, and the beach was in very great shape too. The beach wedding went off without any issues.

Everything was very nice, clean ,bed very comfy! Whole area very nice will definitely come back!

Beautifully kept place perfect for if it’s just the two of is

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. This vacation home was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location was nice and we didn’t have any issues. We will definitely consider staying there again.

This propert is pristine! Well decorated, clean, stocked kitchen and directly across from Indian Rocks Beach. Complex has a great pool with a view of the intercostal. A few miles from Madiera Beach at Johns Pass with a lot of restaraunt & bar choices as well as excursion availability. Contacted the owner a few times, she was very quick to respond. Great stay!

This property was well equipped and worked well for us. Could use a little more storage area to put all your clothes away during your stay but other than that we pleased with the property. The pool is fantastic!

WOW is the best to describe our stay! Indian Shores was nothing but GREAT. Mila was a great host and the property was exceptional! We will for sure book again and recommend booking with Mila!

My sister (from Missouri) and I (from Georgia) meet for a week vacation every year. This year we decided to stay in Indian Shores, where we had previously stayed. Although we had always chosen nice places, this condo was beautiful. It was very quiet and very accessible to everything. It was very clean and had a sunny and cheerful feeling. The kitchen had all necessary utensils. It also had beach towels and chairs. Communication with Mila was great. Our stay was wonderful and we will be staying there again.Thank you Mila!

Mila's home was even better than described. I can't say enough about the cleanliness of the apartment and the overall accommodations, grounds of the property, pool, closeness to the beach. Everyone we met was lovely. It was a great long weekend, we will definitely be back!
