Unit has 32 ft private balcony facing the intercoastal waterway w/spectacular views of sunrises. Building has one of the largest pools in the area w/more than 50 lounge chairs & tables w/umbrellas. Pool is heated to 86 degrees yr round. Many owners in the complex don't rent so complex usually isn't crowded. You could be the only one in the pool. What are you waiting for
