Stayed Apr 4, 2026Some initial confusion at the beginning of our stay about check in process and what appeared to be a rushed cleaning prior to arrival, which was likely because it was peak time of year.Ended up being a good unit for the week with a nice view overlooking the ocean. Great location!

Stayed Feb 21, 2026The house was clean and in good condition! The view from the balcony at sunset is stellar and we were fortunate enough to see dolphins. ! Would certainly stay here again.

Stayed Jan 20, 2024The condo was has described. We have stayed in Beach Palms several times, but this was the 1st in 505. The only disappointing thing was people smoking on the balcony directly below us. So it limited our time sitting out on the balcony.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We know you won’t publish a negative review, so we won’t waste a lot of time writing a detailed report-we will just say this was a terrible experience, so bad that we cancelled a 3 week trip in the same unit that we already had booked for Feb, 2024. If you are looking for a quiet, stress-free vacation this is not the rental for you!
