BEACH LOVERS' DREAM! Only Steps from the Sand!

Beautiful location, beautiful place, clean, well kept & all amenities needed in the condo!

The host was great.The condo was in great condition. But i don't like one shower with two toilets.

Great location! Steps away from the beach, access to the pool on the bay, walking distance to Lock N Key! Great long hike on the beach to Stump Pass- Florida State Park to find shark teeth. In regards to the condo, it is perfect for a family of 5 immediate family members. The SHARED shower was a creative use of the space however it might be awkward depending on who you are sharing the space. Very well maintained condo! Thank you!

The location was great. The bat on side (pool located) and the ocean on the other. Walk to restaurants and bars.

The property listing is misleading, would be ok for 4 people, not 6. It is not 2 bathrooms; it’s more like one and a half, since there is only 1 shower. There are 2 sinks, 2 toilets, and 1 shower. To get to the shower you must go through either bedroom and then the toilet room of either bedroom. This means if you are stay in bedroom 3 you must go through bedroom 1or 2 to use a toilet or the shower. The plus is that the shower is huge! Bedroom three doesn’t have a door or a closet. There is no deck, wooden walkway or chairs/umbrellas at the beach as noted in the pictures.The balconies are unusable, as they aren’t big enough to stand on and shut the door. The laundry is across the parking lot and is coin operated. They have a decent sized, cluttered closet outside with the beach chairs, umbrellas etc. to use.

I think it was more like 40 steps to the beach. No need dragging a bunch of stuff to the beach, because it was so close. Interesting Jack and Jill style bathroom, but everything worked great and the unit was clean and had lots of extra amenities.

It was very cute, but there was a shared shower that connected that bathrooms that was weird and unexpected. We couldn’t find the paddles to the kayak until we discovered them (too late) behind the doors in the bedroom closet and it smelled like fish the entire time. It waxed and waned in severity, but even the bedding smelled fishy.

Check In was a breeze, I may have missed it in the listing but there is a locker on the ground level that has chairs and other beach items available which made it super convenient, the only thing I will say is it’s on second floor it wasn’t an issue for us but the condos on the beach side all have stairs if have someone handicap that may be an issue and I could have missed that in the listing but all in all it was great!!!! What an excellent property! Sooo close to the beach! It’s also a short walk to all the restaurants and bars. The host and manager of this property is spectacular as well! They went above and beyond to make our stay the best ever! Thanks so much!

Just steps to the beach which was amazing! The condo was clean, amenities very nice like chairs and access to the pool. But there is only 1 shower which is not explained in the listing. And the bathrooms are connected by the 1 shower so no privacy at all when using either bathroom as they are open to the shower/other bathroom. Also the only way to access them is through a bedroom. That part should have been better explained in the listing, especially when you have a family coming back from the beach all wanting to shower and there is only 1. We made the best of it, and did enjoy the trip.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Perfect location and amenities.

I feel there should have been at least one unpaid parking space for the unit.The unit is in need of a thorough cleaning, dust and hair was everywhere!The lamps at the bedside were inoperable!The toilet seat needs to be replaced and the hot water drizzled at the bathroom sink.There were only two trash bags for a four day stay.The use of amenities was not listed for use until the last day.There were no washcloths and no extra blankets .Location was great!

The place is updated and only steps from the beach. The property is quiet and family friendly. Would stay there again.

Great time at the beach in a nice comfortable condo. Great time for Easter!
