Place was nice, 3 rooms for sleeping and 2.5 baths. Has had a lot of renovations, nice appliances etc. Loved the open floor plan for the kitchen and living room. The upstairs outdoor area was nice, great place to soak up some sun and has some view of the beach and ocean. We could walk across the street and hit beach access, literally 2 minutes to be on the beach. Now for what we did not like. The upstairs bed could use an upgrade, maybe put 2 twins up there. The lighting in the main room was intense, a couple of dimmer switches would go a long way. other than that we found the place to be enjoyable. We did travel shortly after quite a bit of storm damage to the area, so there was some construction going on around us that was noisy and some of the beachfront restaurant bars were closed for repair. We knew this the case before traveling. We still found a number of places to eat and drink that were in easy walking distance. Look forward to visiting the area soon and when everything is back up and running.

We and 2 friends stayed 4 nights for the Indycar race in this bright, comfortable upstairs 3-bedroom apartment. Clean, bright, everything needed for our convenience. Highly recommend!

This is a cool property in a neat location. You're a thirty second walk from the beach with official beach access path right at the end of the street, and pretty close to good Treasure Island/St Pete Beach stuff. When we pulled up, a big construction dumpster was in the two parking spots for this unit. Not the end of the world, but we had to park in a different unit's spot and worried our car would get towed or just that we'd ruin somebody else's night. We called the resort management company, they didn't reply until the next day. The dumpster eventually got moved, and no harm done, but not the best checkin experience. This property is run by a resort management group, we saw their placards and advertising on other nearby properties too. Everything was bare-bones... really cheap stuff in the kitchen, two bathrooms didn't even have handsoap, bare minimum household supplies for dishes and laundry. The house and location were great, but if we came back to this area I don't think we'd stay in another property managed by this company. Nothing terrible, and they were really nice when we reported the construction dumpster issue. Just seems like a low quality bar compared to other houses and condos we've rented.

This condo is located in a great spot. You can walk to several places including the beach at Caddy's, Ka Tiki and Shrimpy's which was really convenient. More restaurants with a little longer hike or by using Free Beach Ride. The condo could be and should be a wonderful unit. Unfortunately, it wasn't ready when we arrived at 4:30 p.m., after getting a text at 3 p.m. that it was ready. No biggie but pile that on with the condo not being clean (it needs a really good scrub down including baseboards, makeup stains on the doors, counters, tops of tables, dressers, etc.), the washing machine so packed with sand that we couldn't use it after several tries to run the self-clean feature, not having a parking spot for two days because of noisy construction on the unit's roof and a clogged master bath drain, we unfortunately were not at all happy. The little rooftop area had a broken screen and litter, so we never sat out there. The couch cover needs washing, etc. That being said, the Resort Rental management company did try to make things right by offering us some money back which we appreciate, but they never got the washing machine working or the master bath drain issue fully taken care of. I really wanted to love this place, but the dirt and other issues made us not want to prepare food or hang out there like we normally would at a condo. With a lot more attention to detail, a deep cleaning and better communication off the bat, this could be a great place.

We appreciated the spacious living area for spending time together, the very short walk to the beach and the beach chairs provided. The condo was clean and well stocked with towels, extra pillows and blankets, and kitchen supplies. Using the access codes was convenient so we didn’t need to worry about bringing keys to the beach, and we liked the rooftop seating. This area of the beach is not busy which was also great, and we felt it was an easy short drive to get to coffee, restaurants and anywhere we wanted to go. The beds in the bedrooms on the main floor had very firm mattresses, while the upstairs bed (twin) was softer. We were also able to log into an app on TV to watch our local sports team’s game during our stay which was an unexpected surprise! It is a very nice set-up with easy checkin and checkout processes. The only negative, and it is very minor, is I have had two emails from realtors connected with the rental company asking about buying properties in the area. There’s nothing pushy there, just not something I expected.

Beautiful, newly renovated condo. Rental agency addressed all needs. King bed mattress is VERY firm. Lots of steps to manage. It is an upstairs rental, with more stairs to the third bedroom space. It isn’t real clear in the description. Also, third bedroom does not have a closet or drawer space. It is very minimally staged. It worked out well for our needs.

The location, decor, beds were all perfect. A short walk across the street to the beach. There were several beach chairs available on a first come first serve basis. My only disappointment was that no one came to fix the clogged drain in the shower, after I was told that someone would come on the second day of our trip. It was clogged after one shower on the first night of our stay, so we weren’t able to use it for the entirety of our stay (there were several inches of water in the shower that never drained during our 4-day stay). One of the reasons I chose this house was so my adult children could have their own bathroom and we wouldn’t have to share. The rental company told me they would follow up with me when I emailed them after our stay, but they never did. It would've been a perfect stay except for the lack of service.
