Family friendly location, private parking, quiet no contact entry. Condo is clean updated & spacious. Gorgeous view from bedroom & balcony. Minor issue W/ kitchen sinks garbage disposal, heard back from realtor right away. Advised me how to reset it. Dishwasher worked well & we had dinner out so it wasn't a problem. Happy to report we hope to return asap!

One of our main complaints was the locked gate. Every time we needed a ride or had a delivery we had to walk to the gate. And meet the driver. This was during tropical storm Debbie and inconvenient at any time but during the storm….very inconvenient. This may not be a concern for someone driving in.

Easy check in. Clean house. Easy access to smathers beach. Good experience overall.

I cannot recommend this property enough! My husband and I spent our honeymoon here. It was so clean, nicely decorated and spacious for both of us. We loved the balcony that looked out over the ocean and often stood there watching sea birds dive down into the water. It was a little far away from a lot of things on the island, but we rented bikes and had no problem getting around after that. Also, it was so nice that the location didn’t even matter. If you are looking for a really romantic place to stay, book this place! Would stay again in a heart beat!

This condo was a perfect location for our wedding week. The sunrise view of the beach across the street was beautiful from the balcony. It was nice to have a reserved parking space and not have to fight for parking in town. The condo was comfortable, clean, and well furnished, though the current mattress is quite soft if that’s of concern for your sleeping preference. We would definitely stay here again!

The property is very nice and clean. The kitchen had all of the amenities you could need. The pool was lovely and the beach view was great. There is some traffic noise at certain hours from the street in front of the complex. I would recommend this property. It was a short drive to Old Town and restaurants.

This property was amazing. Perfect. The location was excellent. The views were spectacular. The condo was light and airy spacious and very clean. The hostess, Roberta was very helpful, friendly accommodating and professional. We loved her. We would definitely stay at this resort again. Definitely worth the money. Thank you very much.

The apartment was located across the street from the beach. There was a great view from the balcony. The place was comfortable and well equipped. Quiet area but close enough to Duval St. The pool was great. The apartment was nice and we had a good stay.There could be a few upgrades, but we enjoyed the 8 days we spent there.

We enjoyed our stay at La Brisa. The location provides easy access to the airport, a beach and downtown Key West. The amenities are great, including access to the community pool. I would recommend this property to anyone exploring Key West

I can’t say enough about this home. It’s exactly as listed. It is very nice, has everything you need and off the beaten path but close enough to be in the mix of it all. We will definitely stay again! Beautiful views from the balcony and just a walk across the street to relax on the beach. Awesome property! You will not be disappointed!

Gorgeous oceanfront view! Condo had everything we wanted & needed. Very clean, secure and close to everything. The perfect place for us to relax and enjoy with no worries.Really appreciated all the little extras like beach towels & pool & beach gear. Can’t wait to go back!!

The condo was PERFECT!! Enjoyed the beach across the street, pool, and hot tub was amazing at the condo. Steady breeze on the balcony made it perfect for afternoon lunch or evening drinks. Loved it and plan to return very soon!!

We loved the view from our room and balcony and amenities were as described . Need a car or other transportation to get into town but not far away and we enjoyed being off the beaten path. Easy check in and Roberta readily available for any questions. Kitchen stocked with anything you might need and is updated with newer appliances. We will be back!

My husband and I really enjoyed our week stay. The place was exactly as described. Clean and had everything we needed for the week. The location is great and so close to Smathers beach!

Nice property for 2 people. Nice views, beach is small and quiet, right across the street. Street does have some traffic but is reasonable and has current construction. Property is gated and is accessible easily using a code or key. Pool was a nice size, easy to get in and out, very clean. House was well stocked with all kitchen items, Roberta was responsive and helpful when we had a small gate issue due to a big rain storm and resolved it within just a minute or two.

We had a great stay. We ran into travel issues that delayed our arrival and communication with Roberta was great. The condo was amazing.

Our stay at the property was for one week this month. It was our first time in this apartment at the condo having visited another one a few years ago. We loved the unit, the decor, and the location. The location is off the beaten track which is fine for us but may be difficult for those without a vehicle. The view from the apartment is very beautiful, the furniture and bedding are comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked. We also enjoy Smathers Beach which is popular for water activities as well as people gazing. Nice restaurants we enjoyed this trip were Blue Heaven, Louie's Backyard, Cafe Sole and The Marquesa. The Southernmost Beach Cafe is a nice location on the water for breakfast. Louie's Afterdeck Bar is also on the water and will serve a full dinner as well as cocktails. It was all very wonderful and we hope to return.
