Resort Fees: At certain times of the year, rentals may charge a one-time, per-guest Resort Fee to facilitate guest access. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Refundable Damage Deposit: Rentals may require a Refundable Damage Deposit from March through Easter weekend. The Rental Company will collect this deposit by cash or credit card at check-in. If paying by credit card, the Primary Renter must present a credit card that matches their name upon check-in. For more information, consult the Property Description or contact the reservation agent.

Age Restrictions: The minimum age requirement for renters is 25. As per Homeowner Association Rules & Regulations, THIS CONDO DOES NOT ALLOW YOUNG ADULT/SPRING BREAK GROUPS.

- This rental is family-friendly and non-smoking.
- The number of guests must not exceed the stated maximum occupancy.
- Parties are strictly prohibited.
- Please keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests and property owners.
- Professionally laundered and sanitized linens may be exchanged for free on the east side of our off-site Guest Welcome Center from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Laundry detergent and sofa sleeper linens are available upon request at our off-site Guest Welcome Center.
- This vacation home does not allow pets.

    We were very happy with the location, the apartment, and pool/spa. We stayed at this apartment for a week. During this week, we did experience a few issues that made our stay less desirable. #1 The dishwasher in the unit was rusted and smelled like sewage. It was unusable. If you stood next to it while it was closed, you could still smell it.#2 Every time we visited the pool, we were harassed by the onsite person. My niece and nephew were visiting. Each are above the age limit for the hot tub, and we were told EACH time, they couldn't be in the hot tub. The last encounter, the onsite person started changing the age limit and going up to 15, instead of the stated 14 on the sign. It should be noted too, it was the SAME onsite person each time. I would think he would recognize the same family. Each time we were at the pool we were the ONLY family at the pool. Anyone sitting in the hot tub was doing just that, sitting. No horseplay, no wild actions. This behavior was very frustrating and extremely unhospitable. #3 There was a large cockroach in the unit one night. Disturbing.#4 The water pressure in the guest bathroom was very low.#5 The balcony had not been swept when we arrived. The outdoor mat was FULL of sand. #6 The elevator was functional most of the time. However, there is almost no ventilation in the elevator, causing it to get extremely hot in there. Even for the short ride up and down, it got pretty miserable. #7 We encountered a snake by the elevator.

    Unimpressive unit. Filthy stained furniture-outdated rusty appliances (dishwasher broken spokes severely rusted)-worst mattress-open nails on bar near base could cause severe damage-rusty vents-bathrooms outdated and shower head terrible-unable to use dressers drawers wouldn’t open adequately-carpet filthy/fraying never went barefoot-black mold noted and I could go on! Photography on ad was filtered and staged! Left early-actually felt unsafe ?front door security! . I took numerous pictures! No response from rental company. View was fabulous-outdoor furniture not so much!!

    Central location with a great porch overlooking the beach. You can walk from condo to water in no more than five minutes. The unit is older, but well designed, maintained and appointed. We’ll be back!

    Nice view!! Bedroom dressers need to be updated. Drawers and cabinets are very decrepit and somewhat dirty (mold). Lots of stains in carpeting and furniture. Old dishwasher needs to be updated - didn’t clean well and had rust inside. Dirty baseboards, paint peeling, faded pictures, broken pieces of decor. Description indicated pools with key codes - not true.

    Enjoyed the condo. Very comfortable and clean. Was not thrilled that the elevator was out the whole stay. We were on the 5th floor. Two sixty year old women carrying 40lb suitcases up 5 flights of stairs was ridiculous not to mention groceries. When that’s fixed it’s a go
