This unit is a 1-bedroom (King bed),vacation rental in the third building from the beach. at Beach House Condos, Negril. The unit offers a private stay on the second floor, over-looking the garden walkway. You will enjoy relaxing in tropical style, with vaulted ceilings in the bedroom and living areas, along with a private balcony. The unit is beautifully apportioned and we know you will enjoy the quaint kitchen to dining table, as you prepare home cooked meals in your home away from home.>
There are supermarkets and vendors in close proximity to the property where you may purchase fresh fruits, vegetables, and fish and meats. Preparing a few home cooked meals adds to the overall home away from home vacation experience, while giving you the flexibility of dining out at one of Negril's many restaurants for samples of island fare. There are many dining options within walking distance along the beach and boulevard - or enjoy the sunset at options along the West End Cliffs, which are a short 5-minutes drive away.

Many of our past guests have commented on how enjoyable a stay away from the all-inclusive hotels can be, and how much more there is to see and enjoy in the Capital of Casual. Ask Diana and team for suggestions and you are sure to find tours, activities and dining options to make your stay memorable.

As with all our units, you are a short walk down the stairs and off to enjoy the sands of 7Mile Beach.

WHERE WE ARE LOCATED

We are located approximately 2-blocks south towards the West End Cliffs from the Times Square Mall and the Bourbon Beach where the Knutsford Express shared bus service from Montego Bay (their Negril drop off depot).

Taking a cab to Negril or using GPS offline navigation, we are opposite of the Negril Gym for a reference point. You will see our BH sign under a small thatched roof on the beach side of the boulevard.

    Just returned home from spending 2 weeks at Beach House Condos Jungle House Tree Top. I can't really choose between the I loved it and not Really because our experience was somewhere in the middle. First, the positives. Our driver, Billy, recommended by BHC was on time and easy to find at arrivals at MBJ. He's a good, professional driver. The premises of BHC lies on a beautiful property, with lush tropical vegetation throughout. Our condo was set back from the beach, and this was no problem at all because it offered privacy, and a gorgeous walk along a beautiful tropical path. The on-site beachside restaurant is staffed by very friendly staff, and their food/drinks are good. Our condo was a small studio style and adequate in size for two. The location is at the far south end of 7 Mile beach, and Negril is only a short walk away. There are sufficient beach loungers and chairs to go around, and there are 4 palapas. The beach is magnificent. The shining glory, for us, of this vacation. No weeds, pure sand, no rocks. Absolutely beautiful, all be it a slightly narrow beach. The property grounds were kept up everyday by friendly staff. Good peace of mind with security at the front entrance from Manley Blvd, and at the beachside. We considered this a safe place to stay - no security issues. The negatives: Although our condo had a complete kitchen, we learned while preparing a chicken that our oven did not work. It was not replaced during our stay, but mgmt offered to allow us to use the stove of a different unit. We passed on the offer out of lack of convenience. The cooking ware left much to be desired. We felt it should be cleaned out and replaced with new cookware. The can opener didn't work, and cookware/utensils have seen better days. Housekeeping was a problem here. We needed to ask the front desk when we needed anything from additional toilet paper to having our garbage emptied, to having fresh towels & bed linens. I've never stayed anywhere where this was the norm. Our toilet was cleaned once, after we asked for it (Wife & I both came down with food poisoning from a road trip, leading to heavy use of the toilet for several days. Sorry if too much information, but it's good to get the idea here). We're not high maintenance travelers. Quite the opposite actually. Overall rating: 3 out of 5
