The views will astound you! Beach House 442 is in the Heart of Tybee Island! Beach House 442 is a top floor, 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean! Wake up to beautiful Sunrises overlooking the Beach, and relax in the evening to the sound of the waves below from your private balconies. The condo is located in the Beachside Colony Resort complex which offers two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck.

The living room at Beach House 442 is comfortably furnished, offers spectacular views, access to the covered balcony, a Flat Screen TV with DVD player, and a Queen sleeper sofa. The dining table seats 4 and the fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for 2. There is a full-size stackable washer and dryer located off the hall along with a full bath for guests to use. This condo has everything you need to relax on your beach vacation.

This is a great spot for 2 couples or traveling families. The primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and offers its own private balcony with ocean views. The adjoining primary bathroom has a shower/ tub combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and a hall bath with a walk-in shower.

For groups traveling together, consider combining Beach House 442 with Beach House 432, directly below, for a combined occupancy of 12 guests.

There is an elevator conveniently located in this building close to the condo and stairs are also nearby. This condo is pet-friendly with an additional fee. (Please remember, Tybee Island does not allow dogs on the beach.) You will be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring the playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles.

NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

Beachside Colony has just completed an all-new expansion of the pool and patio area. Enjoy 2 brand new pools, one with a beach entry tanning ledge, all-new restrooms, and lots of space for guests to enjoy soaking in the sunshine on beautiful Tybee Island!

Beachside Colony offers pool heat between the months of October-March. Pool heat is available in one pool only and is heated based on weather and mechanics and is not a guaranteed amenity.

    ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Started out-no door code. Called to get code. Person wanted to argue. Finally got code. Entered condo to find it filthy. Grit & dirt so bad it could be heard when walking. bottom of feet black if went barefoot. Couch cushions in chair—black dog prints on them. Had to use sheet on couch. Crumbs all over chairs. No trash bags. No parking permits (required-or towed). 2nd bath shower caulk missing. Multiple light bulbs not working. Doors with small holes. Broken Blinds. Balcony railing rusted. Main bath tub faucet difficult to turn off/on water but also loose—continuous loud dripping water. Went to off site office to get my parking permits. Told them room dirty. Wouldn’t clean it. Informed them about bath faucet and concern about breaking—wanted fixed ASAP. Have multiple properties—put in work order—don’t know when it will get fixed. Asked for manager-not available-sent them request to call u. Entire stay—Listened to loud dripping faucet w door closed. Poor sleep. Few days later—bath faucet breaks—water wide open flowing—will not turn off. Call office. Will put in work order. 35 min. To convince them this is emergency. Ask for manager. Not available. Tech was prompt. Asked them why they never came to fix. Tagged to fix after you left. Umm…NO. Solution. Turn off water. Bc type of problem Couldn’t fix until we left. Couldn’t shower. Had to turn water on long enough to flush toilets. Was told that since our stay was almost over we couldn’t be moved.

    A beach view and the location made the condo an ideal place to stay, along with the the restaurant and pool next door. The condo had everything we needed during our short stay.

    Was nearly perfect. Nice condo. Amazing view. Perfect proximity to the beach. Decent, but small pool. The condo itself is nicely furnished, but could use some new pots and pans.

    This condo was clean, the pictures were actuate, and the bathrooms were both large. It was close to both restaurants and shops and a very easy walk to the beach . We will stay here again.

    Beautiful area of Tybee, lovely decor, TVR could have been a little better, unit needed furniture stains cleaned, mattresses and bed frames replaced. There were beach amenities at the unit that were unexpected, so it would have been nice to know ahead of time. Wonderful location. Property overall was nice and convenient.

    Very nice will definitely stay again and even recommend. To help you stay on top of what could turn out to be a big problem We did see a few bugs in the kitchen and Master Bath. Having lived the south myself I know you have to stay ahead of the bugs.

    Very clean, well decorated spot! Can’t beat the beach access! Could use some additional glassware, but everything else was just right!
