Welcome home To Beach House 432. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront condo is a perfect beach-front, third-floor location, with unobstructed views of the beach and the Atlantic Ocean. It is located within the Beachside Colony Resort complex which offers two community pools, direct beach access, and an on-site restaurant, The Deck. You will also be located right across the street from Memorial Park featuring a playground, volleyball courts, basketball courts, tennis courts, and the Library and YMCA.

This condo offers a breezy, coastal charm that will make guests feel right at home. The living area is bright and open with spectacular views and access to the covered balcony. Breath in the salt air and experience Ocean breezes from the furnished balcony. The living area has a Queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping space and a flat-screen TV with a built-in DVD player. The dining table seats 4, and there are 3 spots at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher. There is a full-size stackable washer and dryer located off the hall along with a full bath for guests to use.

This is a great spot for 2 couples or families. The Primary bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and offers a private balcony with ocean views. The primary bathroom has a shower/ tub combination. The guest bedroom has a Queen size bed and easy access to the hall bath with a walk-in shower. There is an elevator conveniently located in this building close to the condo and stairs are also nearby.

For groups traveling together, consider combining Beach House 432 with Beach House 442, directly above, for a combined occupancy of 12 guests.

This condo has wireless internet for guest use. There is onsite parking for 2 vehicles.

NOTE: Larger SUV`s may not fit in parking space- especially during peak/ high seasons.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had a beautiful view. Had everything we needed and then some. Only criticism we have is, there should be better outdoor seating. Hard to relax on the balcony on small metal chairs. Tybee is a lovely place.

    The view and proximity to beach were fantastic. The issue is that it was dirty. I dont think the floor has been mopped in years. Within 30 mins of entering the property the soles of my feet were covered in black grime from the floor. Not dust or sand, but a black residue that was all over the condo floor. It was gross. We bought a wet wipe swifter to mop the house so our toddler wasn’t sitting in gunk. I will not be renting another place from this management company as their cleaning standards are lacking.

    This condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs (wish I had known that). The view and location were excellent. The only thing lacking on the property was outdoor grills…which wasn’t that big a deal.

    Stunning views, we’ll-stocked kitchen, very comfortable beds, and very clean. Good instructions for everything. Easy walkway to the beach. Only disappointment was that the on-site restaurant we so hoped to frequent was closed for the season (not mentioned in the listing).

    We woke up to a tropical storm warning. There is one grocery store on the island. A road about to flood. Warnings of tornados. Get flashlights, bring in furniture, close windows and doors. Roads might flood, electricity might be lost. There would be no way for us to get out in a few days and get to the airport, so we left. Good customer service, in my opinion, would have been to help us get off the island. I left some clothes behind and am unable to get them back so far. It was a beautiful condo, but overall not great experience. No, I would not go back.

    The apartment faced the ocean and was lovely. Just enough room for 2 couples. The elevator was not working when we arrived, and we were in the 3rd floor. One phone call to the property manager, and they had someone out to fix it immediately, and the elevator was working within a couple of hours. The restaurant on premises was very good, even though they ran out of oysters one night. Parking on Tybee is a challenge at times so plan accordingly when going out. Beaches are public so they tend to get a little crowded, but they are clean and have plenty of room for everyone. Nice to be so close to Savannah for a night out on the town.
