Beach House 212, two-bedroom, two-bath ocean-view condo

Great location with excellent access to the beach , with short distance to restaurants, recreation and other nearby beaches! Property perfect fit for 2 people with room to relax & have space individually. Would highly recommend in the property written instructions to clarify that a washer & dryer is not within the unit but outside of the unit in a separate location onsite. Especially important for guests with children I’m sure, Another important tip for this property is the access to these units of 4 to 5 floors, —it’s all stairs and no elevators— important for seniors with mobility issues going & up & down stairs with luggage, and daily back & forth to the unit, very stressful on your knees.

Lock would not work and talked to maintenance and they fixed the problem immediately.staff responded to any concerns. Loved the unit but won’t come back because of an owner of a unit complained about beach furniture beside condo when many units also had umbrellas and chairs beside their unit. Very rude and threatening. Spoiled a good time for us. She complained to us numerous times.our crew rented 8 units.☹️☹️

Our last stay at The Beach House was no exception. The accomodations were super nice and our beach/ocean view was spectacular. These are some of the best people to work with and have so many really nice rentals.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is in a great location and being a second floor condo with no elevator was manageable. The ocean view was just perfect. It was be my suggestion to replace the couch. It is so uncomfortable even just to try and sit on as you sink low and it makes for a weird sitting experience. Also, the sofa bed is not useable. The mattress is simply coils. Take an air mattress if your plan is to use the sofa bed. I would also suggest replacing the existing bed mattresses as they are grossly outdated and uncomfortable. There is an egg crate type topper on the master bed so someone knows the mattress is in need of replacement. The kitchen pots and pans could be updated to include more that have lids. The pool was a great size and not as crowded as I thought it might be. The one car only parking was problematic for our family, but luckily I had family living there, and we could park an additional car there. The overflow parking is about 4 to 5 miles away and it does not have any security system in place for the cars left in the lot so that's why we didn't use it. The condo itself was fairly clean upon arrival. I had to vacuum the bedroom carpet and sweep the dinette area upon arrival. I also did not order having the sheets on the bed upon arrival but the sheets were on the bed and one of the beds had sand on the top sheet...I didn't use them as I took extra just in case. Not sure what happened with the sheets. We enjoyed our stay overall. The condo just needs a little updating attention.

Each condo does not have a specific parking spot. It is first come and you might not find a spot when you come in at night.
