Stayed Jun 12, 2024We recently came to New Smyrna for a funeral of a family friend. We selected this unit for it's convenience and access to everywhere we needed to be. The location turned out to be even more perfect since we could walk across the street to the beach in the evenings to enjoy the salt air and waves. The unit is a a big one-room studio with a full kitchen that is well-appointed for cooking meals. It was very clean with nearly everything appearing to be new or upgraded. Being on the lower level, we stayed very cool just running the A/C at 75 degrees - even in the humidity and 90 degree temperatures that loomed outside. Their is also a nice outdoor pool that is also well-kept. The neighbors were friendly and a 7-11 was just on the next corner for ice and junk food.

Stayed May 24, 2024Cute little place for two people. Had lots of extra beach stuff and walking distance to a beautiful beach. Really enjoyed our stay!
