My family was very happy with the location & the amenities of the property. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out. Very thoughtful of the owners to have beach gear like chairs & umbrellas for guests to use during stay. I highly recommend this rental to any family desiring a low maintenance beach vacation.

We had a wonderful time with our family. There are Beautiful views of the bay from the balcony. Only downfall was there were blind slats missing which caused alot of light into the rooms and not as much privacy as I hoped. It was a cute little condo and I would definitely go back.

There were parties around the pool which included loud music and grilling and swimming all night long. One morning there was even a person passed out on one of the lounge chairs. Our condo unit could also use a lot of updating. Only 4 forks and no plastic glasses to use at pool. Some of the Vertical blinds were missing and prevented privacy. Kitchen ceiling needs to be repaired.

The sunrise on the bay is beautiful too! The condo itself had everything we needed & the location is ideal. I found myself walking to Cafe Soleil to grab the best coffee & heading back to the balcony to enjoy the morning. I cannot wait to go back.

Base don conversations with guests staying at other resorts in the area they talked about mold and uncleanliness but we couldn't relate. Everything was very clean, stocked, and maintained well. The only negative I heard from our group was one person talking about how firm the mattresses were but that's all preference.Would highly recommend this property.

Everyday was about morning coffees enjoying sunrise over Boca Ciega Bay and evening cocktails on the front veranda overlooking the Gulf shore beaches. We were spoiled by the attention we got from the property managers Colleen and Rachel, it was very evident this team enjoyed their work and really cared for the property and its guests. Be sure to add this one to your list of places to visit on the West Coast... we already booked our next stay!

Complaint - our washing machine was broken and the pull out couch had springs coming through. Not sleepable. Bought an air mattress.
