Great location and view

We had an amazing stay! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach and within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. The condo itself was updated, clean, and very comfortable. We especially loved the pool area and pool bar—both were fantastic spots to relax. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to enjoy everything this place had to offer. Highly recommend!

Great view of the ocean. Felt safe. King bed comfortable. Would of liked 2 twin bed instead of 1 full in the 2nd bedroom. Pools n hot tub great.

Was as advertised. Nice place and good location. Building has elevator and heated pool access.

Had a relaxing quick getaway with the family . Location was perfect woth several pools to choose from and the beach just steps away. Would definitely look forward to staying again!

We loved the condo and the beach. It was cold and there is a fireplace in the condo. We loved it. The beach is wonderful - it goes on for miles and morning walks were very nice. The pool was heated but the attraction for us was the hot tub..We didn't have a car but no problem -the free shuttle went wherever we wanted to go. Lots of restaurants and the ones we went to were very good. We would recommend the condo to anyone who wants a really nice experience, but not too many because we want to go back and enjoy it again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was beautiful and clean. The view of the ocean was stupendous.

Our stay at SPI in Saida Towers was super! The cleanliness of the complex was great and the gate workers were always helpful.The condo we stayed at was clean, neat, well kept, well furnished and well decorated.It had easy access to restaurants, to the beach and to the pool. The balcony view of the ocean was amazing!The heated pool was a great addition and very easy access to the beach.The owners were very helpful and communication was very good! I would recommend this facility to anyone who desires a great experience at South Padre Island!

First time to SPI. The condo was great as we wanted something where we could see the ocean! Check! There was everything you needed in the unit, plenty of towels, and a very well equipped kitchen. Check in was easy and J. responded very quickly anytime I messaged him .

J’s condo is beautifully decorated, beds and comforters are very nice. Balcony is one of the closest to the water so you can hear the gulf waves as you relax. What is underreported is out front of the gated complex is a pizza place, sushi restaurant, liquor store, smoothie shop and a Tshirt shop, to say it has it all is an understatement

Comfortable, well stocked, condo with great views. Grounds are beautiful with tennis, pools, and lawns. Gated resort with good security. Great staff.

Very clean, overall we were very satisfied

J was a great host! He responded right away when I texted him questions and he answered the phone when I got lost and called him. His condo had all the kitchen appliances you could need and he supplied all the bathroom needs including plenty of towels. The view was awesome! I couldn’t have asked for a better condo!

We have stayed at the Saida's 3 times now and love the property. This particular unit had everything that we needed. The bed was comfortable and the view was amazing. The only complaint (and it is minor) is that this unit has a lot of stuff everywhere. It was hard to find a place to put your stuff because they had decorations on every surface. It could use a little decluttering, but other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

Good location, close to the beach, close to pools, the condo was nice and spacious, clean, had streaming capabilities, tv’s. Awesome views, easy access from the property out to shopping, eating, etc. The poolside bar and grill had great food and drinks. Space X launch was cool woke me up at 7 AM though. The condo is fully stocked and renovated, definitely recommend it if you’re coming to SPI. J was a good host thanks.

2405 at Saida's was an incredible surprise, due to it was everything as advertised. Clean beautiful rooms with a stellar view from the balcony. J was extremely accommodating. The walk to the beach was refreshing bc it literally took 2 min. I would really recommend staying here, and we will be back next year. Thank you so much J!!!!!

The property is very well kept, clean, green yard. Two pools to enjoy, all of the rooms have beach view. The condo is nice and clean, with pretty much everything that we needed, with a balcony where we enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. The furniture is outdated and brown all around, I smelled the dust behind our bed. We thought it would be nice if it can be uptaded with white and fresh colors, not so much decor but practical. The kitchen is clean and free of roaches!++++ and there was deodorizer in every room. We stepped outside at the balcony and smelled the breeze and the salt of the ocean. A few steps and you are in the pools, a little further the sand and waves. We had a list of places to go to suggested by our guest and were very in the spot. I don't know when but we will book it again, and surely recommend it to our circle of family and friends.
