Beach Front | Spectacular Views | Pool | Hot Tub

This unit is awesome - all the amenities we needed were right there. The space was comfortable and relaxing. We will be back next year!

1540 Jade East was a great property, clean, spacious, and we had everything we needed for dishes, washing and drying, towels, and extra blankets. The views of the ocean and beach were just what we needed and they were awesome. Each family/couple had their own bedroom and bathroom space......excellent floor plan.

The views are amazing! Very peaceful property, fully stocked, and plenty of room to spread out. We traveled with 5 teenagers and 2 adults, and all slept well, had some space and enjoyed the pool and beautiful beach area. There is plenty to do very close to the condo, including walking up the beach to The Back Porch for dinner. We saw dolphins every morning from the patio, while we had coffee. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and certainly have it on our list to return.

The views and beach access were awesome. Being that close to a semi-private beach was perfect for the kids. The pool and hot tub were enough for what we needed. The location is about 5 minutes from downtown and all main restaurants. When we got to the unit there was a strong smell of Cajun food that lingered our entire trip. The property manager gave us a can of aerosol spray, but it did very little to mask or eliminate the smell. There was also a lack of enough items for the week. No shampoo was provided, and not enough toilet paper for a week’s stay. The property manager staff was cold towards us at times as well

Excellent place to stay! The condo was very clean, had great furniture, a lot of space, and perfect views. We loved the pool and the beach was absolutely perfect. One thing to note is the condo is on the 15th floor. It took us a day or two to get used to and we were fine, but if you don’t like heights you should keep this in mind.

Check in was great!! Easy access and instructions. The kitchen could use an extra skillet and salt and pepper but otherwise it was clean and organized.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is nicely appointed and the views are instagram worthy! The weather was perfect while we were there and nothing beats Destin water!

Our Family of 6 decided to get away for the week of Thanksgiving. This condo & location was just what we needed. The beach was amazing, property was perfectly located and plenty to do. Will 100% recommend to friends & family. We will be back!

The check-in process was smooth, and unit was clean on our arrival. This an older property, but the location is great, and the beach and amenities are excellent. Would return.

This was by far the best property yet! It was exactly as pictured online, with amazing views from the main bedroom, balcony and living room! Very comfortable spaces! Great parking, beach access and chairs on the beach. All bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen were clean and stocked with towels, soap and trash bags. Will definitely book this property again!
