Stayed Aug 6, 2025The property is amazing!The views are beautiful and you are literal steps from the pool and beach. Worked out perfect, especially having a 3 and 6 year old with us.The condo is so well stocked. A lot of thought put into all the ‘extras’… from beach toys and supplies to extra blankets and pillows and everything in between.Perry was always there to answer any questions we may have.Thank you for having us!

Stayed Jul 27, 2025This is an excellent condo in a quiet stretch of Indian Rocks Beach. The owner provided just the right amount of communication. The condo has fantastic views and a very private ocean facing deck. The inside was super clean and nicely decorated. The outside was also clean, with the pool being cleaned every morning. This was our first visit to the gulf coast and I love the area. I was looking for something quiet, but close to Clearwater and St Pete. This was perfect! We met several residents as well as guests and all were very friendly and quiet. We will definitely be back!
