Stayed May 25, 2026Unit didn’t state what floor level for the elevator upon arrival. It is labeled P2 on elevator but told 14th floor for check in. Thankfully the gate attendant helped with that upon arrival. We also never got a pool code from the rental company even when asking but people just let us in and out when needed. The dryer did not work but the rental company brought extra towels upon asking. It turned on but never actually dried all the way. Just barely heated and got lint everywhere. The unit was clean and very convenient to the beach. I would definitely stay in Royal palms again, but wasn’t overly impressed with this unit as a whole. The dryer really made things difficult when it came to wet beach clothes/towels.

Stayed Sep 15, 2025I had everything I needed to check-in flawlessly. The condo was extremely clean and decorated beautifully. Great views from the balcony. The beds and sofas were comfortable.

Stayed Mar 15, 2025Our stay was amazing! The unit was very spacious & clean (only 1 side of blinds in master bed weren’t dusted but no biggy)! Everything else was spic & spam! Beach access was convenient too….& the beach was NOT over crowded! Location was perfect as well!
