Beach front condo with ocean views and community pool. 2/2 on non drive beach.

Ocean was visible from the balcony. Pretty, well laid out, clean condo with everything you need to enjoy a beach stay. Close to 7/11, dollar general and Publix. Quick drive to downtown NSB. Non drive part of the beach which I love. Excellent communication with host and supplied enough essentials (tp, paper towels, spray cleaner, garbage bags, dish/hand soaps…) so you didn’t have to buy all that and use only a little. Great vacay! Thanks

Condo was really clean, comfortable, and perfect set up for our family. Location was quiet but plenty to do nearby. The pool was cleaned every day and even saw them washing the lounge chairs daily. Owner was very responsive when I emailed questions. Perfect little getaway for our family for the week! Zero issues or complaints for our stay.

The appartment was comfortable and clean.Access to the pool and beach are simple and easy.The pool is cleaned daily and is very serene.The beach is very clean and private.The grounds are kept up with wonderfully.Peaceful and quiet yet close to New Smyrna Beach attractions.

Nice and comfy 2 bed and 2 bath unit. Good corner balcony view of pool and beach but with some privacy!

The unit was very well appointed with everything you would need. There was toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and napkins to get you started. There were condiments and sticks of margarine in the refrigerator.The living room furniture was new and very comfortable, as with the bed in the master bedroom. The master bathroom was also recently renovated. Point East is a lovely condo community. It was wonderful sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean. We were there for the month of January, and maybe there were a few days of cold rainy weather, but it sure beat January in western Pennsylvania!!! The bottle of wine and crackers left by our host were also greatly appreciated. We would stay there again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at New Smyrna Beach. The condo was well-equipped with nearly everything we needed for our 2-week stay. The location is great, the grounds and pool lovely and we appreciated the elevator for hauling up groceries and luggage.

We have stayed at Point East before but never in this condo. It was clean,check out was not a cumbersome process. Nicole was a great host answering all our questions quickly.

We were very pleased with the accommodations at point East and the owner Nikki Q. The condo was clean, comfortable and the resort had all the amenities that you would like right on the beach. Unfortunately, our visit was cut short by hurricane Milton, we were very impressed that our host inquired about our well-being and plans for evacuation. VRBO did refund us for the days we were not able to stay. I would highly recommend this resort and host.

Needed a place to stay, so we could come down to attend my Great Nephew's 2nd birthday party on the beach at Hiles Beach ramp, this worked out perfectly. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the condo, it was accurate as listed. There were lots of little extras that were so nice. Spices in the cabinet, extra facial tissue, hangers in the closet, and beach towel and toys. There was some maintenance going on at the property while we were there but that is expected in the off season. The property is very well maintained. I recommend the 3rd week of august when all the kiddos go back to school. We had the pool and beach to ourselves. Such a great trip!

The condo unit is exactly as pictured. PERFECT! The condo complex is excellent. Well maintained and clean. We didn't want to leave. Probably the best location in relation to pool and beach access.

Nicki was a very nice host. We loved her place and was very clean. Enjoyed being able to come up a day early before my cousin flew in from Ohio. Thank u again and can’t wait to come back.
