Beach-Front Condo With 180-degree Views Of The Gulf Of Mexico

We have stayed at this condo several times and couldn't ask for kinder, more generous owners. This condo has everything you could possibly want/need, it's clean, fully stocked kitchen/bathroom supplies with a washer/dryer. Several beach items plus different size umbrellas to enjoy at the beach. But what it lacks is a HEATED pool for our two months out of the year stay. A warm pool is very important to me. We have to give this condo an A+ . You won't be disappointed when you stay here.

I had another wonderful month at Madeira Beach in this beautiful condo. Everything you will ever need is either in the condo or within walking distance. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony and miles of beach in either direction. The sound of the waves...my favorite thing. Thank you again Wes and Diane!

Although the weather was less than perfect, we enjoyed our month together in this wonderful condo. This was our 11th January here so it feels like our home away from home. The heater allowed us to enjoy the balcony overlooking the Gulf even on cool January days. The location is perfect, allowing us to enjoy the beach and pool on warm days but also some of our favorite nearby restaurants when we wanted to get out. The well equipped kitchen and close grocery store and seafood market made it easy to cook when we wanted to eat in. It’s a perfect Winter getaway for us and we plan to return next year. We have stayed at other condos inMadiera Beach but this condo is a 10 out of 10 it was wonderful to return to Wes and Diane’s amazing condo after a 2 year absence due to Covid It is like returning to a second home The unit is larger than expected and is beautifully decorated with unique ocean art comfortable sectional couch lazy boy chair and additional couch and chair There are stools for a quick snack from a raised counter facing the kitchen or a glass table and chairs that easily fit 6 The sliding glass doors from the living room and master bedroom lead out to a wraparound balcony with the most beautiful view to watch the sun set or the dolphins play Great high comfortable chairs for viewing or relaxing There is also a overhead heater for cool days and a electric barbecue for grilling The unit has a impressive and generous selection of bed sheets blankets beach towels and kitchen towels The kitchen has a good supply of cutlery dishes pot pans and electric appliances Off the kitchen is the laundry room with full size washer and dryer including laundry detergent and fabric softener Other items like napkins and paper towels are in a good supply I was pleasantly surprised at how well stocked the condo is I cannot say enough about how enjoyable it Is return to this condo We have no complaints and enjoyed our annual 2 month visits with Wes and DianeI in their remarkable condo A friendly couple who make you feel so relaxed and comfortable Our joke was if the condo does not have an item you do not need it for your visit Thank you again Wes and Diane for another superb visit We are already looking forward to next years and many years to come Brian and Gerri

This was our tenth January in Wes and Diane’s wonderful property. That is a testament to how we feel about them and their condo. We couldn’t ask for a better place to spend our Januarys and we can’t wait to return in 2024!

This was my second stay in this beautiful condo and I will absolutely try to book with them again. Quiet building, perfect location, beautiful view and sunsets, plus everything they could imagine you would need. Grocery, liquor, and drug store...restaurants, shops...all within walking distance. Step out the door and you are on the beach. I was able to be without a car for two months and not even miss it. The trolley stops right out front if you need to go a longer distance. The sound of the gulf 24/7 is priceless. Thank you so much Wes and Diane.

This was our ninth January to stay in Wes and Diane’s wonderful beachfront condo. Needless to say, we love their place and it feels like a second home to us. We have always thought this is the best location on the beach and it continues to improve with the addition of new businesses. Our daughter’s family came to visit over MLK weekend and enjoyed their stay at the Cambria hotel which is within walking distance of the condo. We are already looking forward to returning in 2023!

If I could give 10 stars for this property and the owners I would because it was absolutely perfect! Easy booking from start to finish and the property was beautiful. I stayed the month of May as a workcation. I worked, while overlooking the beautiful beach, during the week and then had a different friend visit each weekend. The condo has absolutely everything and I would venture to say it has more in the kitchen than I will ever have at home! The location is perfect with so many stores and restaurants within walking distance. The beach was absolutely gorgeous and never crowded. I was even greeted with a welcome beach bag stuffed with wine, cheese, crackers, and chocolate! Now that is definitely going above and beyond! I am hopeful that I will be able to return again to enjoy this beautiful property! Kudos to Wes and Diane for delivering such a wonderful property and experience.
