Stayed Feb 14, 2024Place was just average. Didn’t really appreciate mgmt having scheduled the a/c replacement on the first day of our stay and having to be up and out of the place for most of the day without any notice other than when we checked in the previous afternoon. Place is a bit “worn”, mismatched paint and “touch ups” in different colors, a hole in the wall around bathroom lights, doors that don’t close properly, etc…things that could be easily fixed. Also found homeless people sleeping in stairwell entrance on the beachside when we went for our morning walk. Location is good and walking distance to restaurants and John’s pass, but that’s about the most positive. We won’t be staying at this one in the future.

Stayed Dec 5, 2021Very nice condo. Very clean and staff was very helpful and pleasant. Just did not appreciate furniture delivery being forced on us at 8 am during our vacation. Thought it was very inconsiderate.
