Perfect beach getaway!

The cable didn’t work, bare minimum for cooking utensils, it was hot in our room (there were two box fans in the closet) we used both. The pillows and bed spread was dirty. The tub was dirty.

stuff was so kind for travellers.

The location was great the place was pretty clean but there was a lot of things broke ,the windows the patio door, bathtub leaks bathroom door needs replacing the fridge doesn’t shut very well hits the counters,there was only 2 towels for 3 people in a condo that sleeps 4 .Did not get check in info had to scramble and figure out how to get intouch with owner to get information which he was quick to apologize and get me the info. He took care of our thermostat that didn’t work when we checked in because it needed charged which happens . It really was find for a weekend stay . It was just not what I’m used to staying in

The property is so close to the beach and within walking distance of many amazing restaurants and bars. The full kitchen made it easy to make breakfast in the mornings and to refrigerate drinks to keep cold. Plenty of space for 2 people!!! The pool is nice to relax in also. We had great views of the ocean!!! We will DEFINITELY be back!!!!

This was not a newly renovated unit - bathroom door was busted (broken on the bottom), bathtub faucet and toilet continued to leak non-stop, closet doors were bent and their rails were rusted, and they really, really need to update the bedding. Sheets were sticky microfiber instead of cotton so it was very hot to sleep under that, and they were worn out, with little knots on the surface that made the fabric feel rough. Pillows were very old and all squished/lumpy. Door lock was messed up, it took several attempts every time when we tried to lock/unlock it. On the other hand, the kitchenette was very well equipped, pool and beach were superb. We liked the simple check-in very much - a message from the property manager that the key will be in the lockbox on the door and the combination is so and so, with the rest of the information available inside on the table. Very good Wifi.

This property was great. Very very close walk to the beach. Many walkable restaurants.

The unit was awesome. Very clean and well kept. Nice quiet area. It is right across the street from the St. Pete Beach. A parking pass is included. There is a pool that was also very clean with plenty of chairs and tables. Owner is very friendly and responds to everything very quickly. We were very very happy with our stay!

Everything was set up wonderfully, and just ready to use. Thank you for welcoming me and my grown children ,never been happier. Will book again.

The host was not aware of the conditions of the property. Luckily enough once the host heard that we were dissatisfied and found a different property he was willing to issue a full refund.

Clean room, great location. The Murphy bed was extremely uncomfortable.

My stay here was alright. You do not deal with the host directly; you deal with the managing group. They were great. This listing showed an 11am check out, the management group said you had to leave at 10am. That was disappointing. The place wasn't clean enough for me. I feel like they just swept the floors, changed bedding and that's it. The mattress was a spring mattress and not very comfortable. One pillow had blood stains on it; however, I did find a clean one next to it in a drawer. This place is NOT on the beach. You walk through a parking lot and two streets and then you are on the beach.

It was a great and wonderful location.The pool was clean. The apartment itself needed some updates with furniture and air conditioning was fair to keeping things cool.

It was close to everything we wanted and needed. The neighbors were so kind. We only slept in the studio, but it was all that we needed for a little trip!

It is in the middle of repairs from storms but still offers everything you could ever want. This unit is perfect for parents with 2 kids or one couple. Pool and beach view were awesome.

We enjoyed our stay - the property was accurately described. Quick steps to Upham Beach and the beach grill for a drink and food. Pool was great! Cute balcony to have morning coffee and late evening fresh air.

There was construction starting at 800am on the first morning of my stay, but the staff were very nice and the property was everything you need in a beach condo right, across from the beach. Couldn't be beat for the price.

Condo was near many restaurants and steps to the beach no need for a car

We knew to expect small, as an efficiency apartment… but the space worked well fo the 2 of us. View view View!!!! Very very special! Problem was the bed… I tried to give it many chances over the 8 nights we stayed… but the Murphy bed gave out backache s…. I thought it was a good value , other than the bed.
