BEACH FRONT CONDO MADEIRA BEACH 2nd FLOOR AWESOME VIEW AND LOCATION

We had a Great week of vacation at this unit. View was beautiful. Plenty of towels, clean condo. Although we never did any cooking the kitchen had everything we would have needed. We could walk to everything we wanted to do. Weather was perfect as well. Dolphins could be seen from our condo and we saw them when we walked the beach in the morning. The Condo was great.

Great location being an end unit. Kitchen was clean and well appointed. Living room furniture is severely dated and dirty, requiring linens to cover so not to feel the oils and dirt in the furniture while sitting. The keyed entry deadbolt does not function so you aren't able to lock the room when leaving. Secondary deadbolt and door latch do provide security once you are inside though. Overall based on price and location this a good not great value.

Our family recently stayed here in early March. We loved the place! Location was great and the wraparound deck made watching the sunsets memorable each night. The unit was clean and well furnished. Access was to the beach and we were able to walk around town easy. The host responded promptly to all of our questions. We love the area and will definitely return again!

Everything was great. Lots of improvements to the property following the hurricane damage. And spotless, well appointed unit with great beach and pool access, balcony space, and host response to questions.

Attentive host, nice decor, willing dollar view, close to water activities and St Petersburg.

Truly enjoyed our stay at this Kima condo. This unit had everything we needed and more besides the groceries we bought. We look forward to staying here again next fall once we decide on dates. Great location on the beach!!

Place was beautiful. Very clean! Had a lot of beach accessories. Really enjoyed my stay

Some of the vertical blinds segments were missing/ living furniture looked stained or worn. previous renter unplugged all WiFi and internet connections from the system. Required repair service next day until late in the day. The floors had sand on them, pool was closed due to repairs. We were not impressed.

The condo itself was nice and comfortable, but unfortunately our stay was overshadowed by the fact that the swimming pool was closed for the entire trip. This was heartbreaking for our small children, who had been so excited to spend their vacation swimming — they even cried when they found out the pool was closed. While Keith did offer an alternative place to swim, the location wasn’t practical — packing up little ones every day, without access to public restrooms, made it nearly impossible. We only considered places to stay with a pool, so its closure was a major disappointment.

The place was a great size and came with lots of beach accessories! The views from the balcony were also amazing! Place was clean and well stocked with dishes, cooking items, towels and bedding. Livingroom furniture could use an update or a really good cleaning. Host was great to work with! Down side for our stay was the pool was not working…..

Everything about this place was amazing ! We will be back next year !

This condo is the best that we've stayed in in the several years we've rented in Florida.Its very comfortable and well equipped. Listening to the ocean, walking out to the beach and pool, is just perfect for a relaxing vacation. Its close to stores and several good restaurants. It was exactly what we wanted.

The condo was really nice and the wrap around balcony was amazing!! The location was the best, so close to many good restaurants and Johns Pass. The condo had many amenities, nice beach chairs and an umbrella to use also. They could use some new bed pillows and new bath towels, but besides that the condo building is basically new from the hurricane rebuild and the pool was nice. Easy to access the doors with the codes. Thank you, I hope to use again.

Lovely spacious condo, beautiful views with a wrap-around balcony. Fully stocked, beach chairs & towels etc. Damage from the hurricane was not represented in pictures and impacted our check-in as the lobby was under repair. Host was very helpful and got us into our condo quickly when contacted. Would stay there again.

The location was ideal on the view was phenomenal. We were not aware that the building was under construction and repair, that was a little bit disappointing but overall a fantastic stay.

Two couples shared this unit. The balcony overlooking the beach, the nearness to the sand and surf, the clean and welcoming interior - all worked together to provide us with a great home base. Open floor plan, well appointed kitchen, comfortable furniture, responsive host - all positive.

We (3 adults and two children) spent one week at this exceptional beach front condo and had a magnificent vacation. All necessities are perfectly provided as given in the descritpion. The view is terrific and surroundings are perfect for recreative holidays.

Property was excellent and had plenty of amenities. Only issue we had was the cable TV in one of the bedrooms not work. Host was quick to respond. Location is great

Beautiful condo right on the ocean. We were able to watch the dolphins and beautiful sunsets daily. Close to John’s Pass for shopping and restaurants. Has everything that you need for your beach stay including beach chairs and umbrella.
