Beach Front Condo ❤️ in Peaceful Las Conchas WiFi, Sleeps 8

I recommend this condo. It literally sits directly on the beach. We are frequent travelers to Rocky Point but we always stay at Sonoran Sky. This was our first stay in Las Conchas. All of the furniture was very comfortable in the living room and the bedrooms. There is a tv in the living room with Netflix and Amazon Prime. There are not any tv's in the bedrooms. We didn't care about that but other people might. The beach vendors came every day which we really enjoy. We got a massage right on our patio. The neighborhood is extremely safe. All the neighbors were Americans with their families and dogs. Everyone was extremely friendly and neighborly. The owners of the condo stayed in constant communication and responded very quickly if needed. The listing for the condo says that it has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. It doesn't have any of these appliances. Not something that we care about, but it probably shouldn't be in the listing. The electricity went out a couple of times. The neighbors say that it's common. It came right back on within 10 minutes each time. If you're not familiar with the area you should know that the water is brought in. So you need to be very conservative with your water use for things like showering and flushing toilets. Not a negative thing just something to be aware of. The owners left lots of beach friendly toys and two umbrellas for the patio. Patio has tables and chairs and lounge chairs. We will definitely want to stay here again

Central to everything, private beach and vibes!

We could not believe the beautiful view was accurate until we saw it with our own eyes. We sat at the dining room table watching and listening to the waves. Our neighbors saw dolphins throughout the day, but we missed those moments. It felt very safe walking the dog in the neighborhood and we met several lovely neighbors.

The condo was comfortable and quiet! The outdoor space amazing. Patio had beautiful views and lots of space so you can enjoy the Sea of Cortez! Lots of tide pools for exploring! We all enjoyed our stay thank you!

This condo was exactly as presented in the pictures. It is directly on the beach, as well appointed, and the beds were super comfortable. We had everything we needed to cook meals, and even play on the beach. Thank you very much for hosting our family. Your condo made our vacation, perfect!

Very cute, great location- easy check in and great communication. We plan to come again!

We loved the patio that is right on the beach. Clean and quite beach with beautiful sunsets. We saw dolphins while we enjoyed our morning coffee, then we got a massage right on the back patio. The area is close enough to enjoy the Rocky Point bars, restaurants and shopping, and just far enough away to enjoy the serenity of the beach without the crowds. We have already made plans to come back to this property.
