Beach Front Condo In Beautiful Lake Havasu Arizona

The unit is very clean and the patio view of the channel and bridge are great. Highly recommend this unit and Mike was always very responsive.

Probably my favorite place to stay

One of the best places I have stayed at by far. Best view of the lake and London bridge. The place a clean and well accommodated with additional blankets, towels, waters, etc. Would definitely book this place again in the future.

This condo was nice but furniture needs upgrading some patio chairs are old and ripped, sofa and master bed are worn down aswell, for the price id expect a good nights sleep. The pictures indicated that there was a grill in the patio, so we took everything to have a bbq when we got there, but to our surprise no grill that was bummer. Location is great the London bridge view at night its awsome. Comunication with host was good and in timely manner wich is a plus!

This was a great place to stay in Havasu. Mike the owner was great, always answered any questions you would have. Place was very nice and clean. My family has been going to Kings Condos for about 10 years and this was by far the nicest one we stayed in.

We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back. The property was very clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The owner was wonderful to work with—responsive, helpful, and made everything easy from booking through checkout. We highly recommend this property and look forward to returning with our family.

Everything was great about this condo location, parking , access to the beach ! It’s a beautiful place to stay ! Rented it for my grown son and his family they loved it !

This unit was even better than described. Very clean, good sized, wonderful location. The patio was a great place to sit and relax and watch the world go by! Walking distance to the London Bridge and some good restaurants. I would HIGHLY recommend this condo!!

Beautiful condo in perfect location, steps from London bridge, beach front with balcony over looking the Chanel, and the host was awesome, would definitely recommend staying here

Condo was super clean and well stocked. Overall, our experience was excellent, and the condo is beautiful. The main TV keep restarting every few minutes and that issue was never resolved. The bed mattress was not our favorite, but that often is an individual preference. Thank you.

Beautiful and spacious condo had everything we needed! Balcony was also large and fun to watch the boats go by. Perfect location on Lake Havasu with views of the London Bridge and walking distance to shops & restaurants in the Village. Host was very attentive as well. We enjoyed our time here. The balcony is next to the neighbors’ balcony and you can see each other so no going out there in pjs :) but not a deal breaker.

This is a beautiful spot to enjoy the water. The balcony was a great place for morning coffee. It is Very spacious and clean with all the amenities needed. Maybe some regular chairs on the balcony would be more comfortable than just stools.

What a great place to stay! All of the amenities of home, and a beautiful view. The bed in the primary suite was so comfy, and the ensuite was large, with a washer and dryer. Easy parking access. And the beach was just a few steps away.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. The condo was stocked up nicely and it was very clean. Beautiful view of the London Bridge! Thank you, Mike for such a welcoming place. Highly recommend to anyone looking for waterfront property.

My family and I take an annual vacation to Havasu every year and have stayed in four different condos at Kings Landing. From the set up of it to how nice it was, and where it was in relation to the water, everything was top-notch. The bed the pillows were all super comfortable as was everything in the condo. We will definitely be booking our next stay in this condo.

Is only a missing grill. Other than that great place

The condo was excellent, nicely decorated, excellent location, gated parking was a plus. We would definitely stay there again! Two things I didn’t care for, the king size bed was extremely high off the ground, but it was very comfortable once you were able to climbed onto it and the tile floors looked clean, but after walking around with white socks on they were filthy when they were removed.

We had a great time so fun n and Cha Bones restaurant was amazing I highly recommend

Excellent property and excellent communication

This property was exactly as described. We were pleasantly surprised by the lighting of the bridge the day after Thanksgiving. Will definitely stay here again when going back to Lake Havasu.

Perfect location, we walked everywhere. The condo was decorated beautifully and well stocked with everything we needed. Mike was easy to communicate with and left perfect instruction on the condo, activities and restaurants. We will definitely stay again!
