Stayed just for a few days but the place was ample room for 5 adults. Right on the beach, with easy access. It was clean and had everything we needed during our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

The beach front property was fantastic - gerat location right on the beach, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Very comfortable space. Host was great and if ever staying in the St. Pete's Beach area, would highly recommend.

Words can’t express how amazing our stay was from start to finish. Truly 5 stars and beyond. Patrick was in touch very shortly after booking. He was so friendly and insightful regarding the property and amenities. He worked with us to help facilitate an early check-in due to a before dawn flight which was such a blessing. Yes, we were fine with a 4pm check-in so the ability to come in from the airport was beyond appreciated as we realize they are hard to come by due to cleaning schedules, etc. Check-in was so smooth. The unit itself was even better than described. Brand new appliances were installed the week prior and are gorgeous stainless steel. The unit is very clean, wonderfully appointed, comfortable beds and just beautiful overall. The balcony and views were stellar. As a family of 5 - 3 teen and tween daughters, we found the unit incredibly spacious and appreciated 2 full bathrooms. The 2nd floor location was easy to access by elevator or stairs. Always just a few steps to our car, the beautiful pool/ hot tub/ beach. Parking was a breeze. Staff in the rental office and maintenance staff were wonderful and provided some awesome recommendations for food and fun (Corey Ave Market was great!). We would absolutely book again. Oh and let me tell you about the sunsets- just wow! I don’t think there could be a better location. Tampa may be the lightning capital of the world but St. Pete Beach owns it for the best sunsets. Don’t even question booking, just do it.

This place was fantastic! So clean, and spacious and so close to the beach. Our host was wonderful and provided us with amazing dining and attraction recommendations. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Patrick was very attentive and reached out to us, even without us reaching out to him, giving us not only the information about the property but about the area in general. We were in town for a visit with my elderly uncle and aunt and it was a last-minute after thought to stay by the beach. It was a great surprise to find this little jewel. It was comfortable clean right on the beach very well equipped we felt so comfortable that we decided to stay an additional day and not tell anyone and spent the day by the water Emily the manager on site, attended to a small issue we had with a TV immediately. You can walk to the pharmacy which has a lot of convenience items, and the Starbucks is also within walking distance. You’re right next to the Don Cesar casita and a few steps from the landmark

The guest bedroom is awful. Cramped without any airflow. The luggage carts are unusable .

The condo location and proximity to the beach was perfect for our stay! The condo is equipped with everything you need to prepare your own meals and is stocked with paper towels, linens, and basic toiletries. We loved staying here and will be back!

One of the best VRBO experiences we have had ever! The owner Patrick is fantastic and gives you a welcome call and all necessary check in instructions. We had an issue with the sofa sleeper during our stay and he couldn’t have been more proactive to the point of putting in new furniture! So easy to access everything from this 2nd floor unit- stairs and elevator both handy. Parking was never an issue. Steps to the pool and steps to the beach. The on site staff are also wonderful - Emily and Mark. Gave us lots of recommendations for things to do and places to eat. The beach is great and not crowded at all and this was spring break week. Would definitely repeat!

Had a great experience here. The owner reached out to make sure we were set to arrive and responded immediately when I had a question. There is also an office on site to help if needed. The location is perfect for SPB stay. The unit was immaculate and had plenty of towels, hangers, linens, etc. And VERY easy to leave-no long list of to-do's before checking out. We plan on visiting again next year. I highly recommend.

Despite Hurricane Debby we still had a great time! There is a lot to do around area. Place is right on beach. Property Manager is great to work with

Stayed for 5 nights. Very clean and updated unit. Love all the remote check in processes. Pool is not very big but it was perfect for young kids and adults who just want to chill. You access the beach from the pool. It’s fantastic. Fished from the beach and went to bush gardens. There are so many restaurants. The location is not touristy but not dead either. There is a Publix and a starbucks too. Would stay forever if I could.

If you are looking for a less busy area, the Vistas is the place to be. The condo fit our needs as we try to do some cooking ourselves instead of eating out. Easy walk to the beach or to get in your car/take the Freebie to another area.
