Beach Front Complex Condo - Madeira Norte #106

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second year back at Madeira Norte! The condo was excellent and the staff made our late check in so easy! The location is perfect with so much in walking distance and beautiful beaches! We love making memories with our family and hope to do so for many years to come at Madeira Norte!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We showed up on July 3rd got our keys for July 4th arrival. The office was closed on the 4th therefore we received keys a day early but couldn't get in until noon on the 4th. Well... On the 4th we went at noon. Keypad would not work, storming, 1200 miles from home with a 1 year old and tired. No one would help us. Office closed, no emergency advice (told us we don't know what to do) no maintenance. Stood there with luggage, screaming child and storming. Put a request in via email for emergency help. Never heard from anyone... Ever. We finally somehow 2 hours later got the lock to reset and open. We could not lock our door when we left due to afraid we couldn't get back in. Then on day 4 board of health came out and shut the pool down. 100 degrees out, no pool. Feel free to use the beach I was told. Ok .. what about accessibility issues? That's why we chose here and the pool. Any other pools we may use? Nope. We lost 3 1/2 days of pool and stuck inside for most of the day. $250 refund... That's it?! We have stayed here before, no problems . This was not a good visit. Oh and the elevator was broke. So the whole complex had 1 working elevator.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well where should I start, first thing the after hours pick up at a different hotel is ridiculous!!!!!! Then we forget our code and took them one hour and a half to finally get the code from someone. Also the place was dirty around frig and washer and dryer, the frig on the side had dry food on it!!!! The sheets didn’t even fit the bed in master bedroom. Horrible experience all together!!!

She's apparently been there nearly 20 years. Loves all the scratches you want to give.

Location was great! Easy access to the beach. Beach was beautiful and not too crowded! Shopping area just across the street. Lots of close restaurants. It has a bit of wear and tear, and is a bit dated, but very comfortable. Might’ve still given it 5 stars if it had been better stocked. I’ve stayed at a lot of vrbo locations for a week and this is the first time I’ve had to buy toilet paper, napkins, paper towels and dishwasher soap. Overall though I would stay there again

The room and facilities were clean and the location was great. The pool was even better than the pictures online. We were steps away from the ocean and John’s Pass. The staff were helpful and available. They provided us with plenty of information about the area since it was our first time in there. We will be coming back for sure!
