Beach Front 3BR/2BA Condo, Sleeps 8, Unit 410 in Exclusive Sand Dollar Resort

Great condo! No complaints about anything. We will rent here again the next time we are back in the area.

The condo is amazing! If you are looking to go to this area, stay here! It was larger than it looked in the pictures, the heated pool was divine and I couldn’t have asked for better communication when I checked in late.

everything was great! the grounds were kept so nice and clean and it was so welcoming!

Communication was consistent and responsiveness timely. The condominium met all expectations and was clean and well organized upon arrival. It easily accommodated our party of 6. Well stocked with everything needed for a stay at the beach. The kitchen had all necessary appliances and cooking utensils.

Beach view from balcony was great. We loved the pool and large hot tub. Beach access was easy. Condo was wonderful. Kitchen well equipped. Large laundry room. Bar area with small drink fridge. Beds were comfortable. Host always responded to texts or emails. Small touches such as light switches labeled, rechargeable flashlight, night lights. Was also nice having staff in building for any issues or questions. Bonus was we watched a guy fishing on the beach catch an almost 5' shark from our balcony one morning!

Captain’s Quarters was a great unit and was perfect for my family’s vacation. Overall, the condominiums were run very effectively and efficiently. Staff were very friendly, helpful, and informative at checkin and checkout. The pool and spa area was very nice, well-kept, and not over-crowded. And, of course, being right on the white sand beach is always a plus and makes this condo simply amazing. This particular unit had a great view of the beach and ocean from the balcony and made a great place for watching sunsets. My family also had the opportunity to see a variety of wildlife including many dolphins and even a couple of manatees. And although the pier was closed at our time of stay, the fishing off the beach was still very good, as we caught many fish.Overall, Sand Dollar Condominiums (Captain’s Quarters) was an excellent experience and we would 100% return in the future if we have the opportunity.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at this condo! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless — it’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here, and it made us feel immediately comfortable and at home.The condo itself was spacious and well laid out, giving our group plenty of room to relax without feeling crowded. The furnishings were modern and cozy, and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals during our stay.The location couldn’t have been better — just a short walk or drive to local restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet enough for peaceful evenings.A special shout-out to the property manager, who was responsive, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. Communication was smooth, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and conveniently located rental with excellent management!

This condo has everything you need for a great family vacation! The only thing we wish could be improved is the elevator! It's super slow and there is only one for the whole building. So bring your patience when using the elevator.

This property was perfect for our family spring break trip. The location was fantastic. The views are incredible. We would stay here again!

Very clean, well stocked exceptional stay and communication was great. All around wonderful experience!!

Lovely visit, the condo was perfect for our group. The beach was never crowded and the private pier was a plus. Loved sitting on the balcony to drink our coffee, people watch and we had an awesome view of the gulf sunsets. Short distance to everything we wanted to do. We definitely want to come back. We had to cut our stay short because of Helene. This was the only downside of our trip and no human had any control over that!

Perfect location and everything you need! We took our adult children, their spouses, and our 2 small grandkids. We had plenty of room in the condo. We flew down so we couldn’t take beach toys, beach chairs, etc. The condo had all of that and more! This condo will always be our “go to” for big family vacations from now on!

This private beach was great. We loved the pier that was only for sand dollar guests. It was great shade and the kids played in the sand for hours. Room 410 was more than we could have ever imagined. Anything you could possibly need was there. From beach toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach towels, floats. Kitchen appliances, kuering, coffee maker, blender, wine cooler, table top ice maker which my kids loved for eating the ice. Games, dvd’s, movies just everything. Thanks to the owners for a fantastic week. First time flying for me, my husband, and daughter and we could have just came with clothes and toiletries and been just fine for the week.

Condo was beautiful! Loved the beach view and watching the dolohins every morning.

This is a well equipped condo with beautiful views! We had a wonderful week and can't wait to go back next year.

PROS: The condo is very spacious and nicely decorated. The A/C is amazing! It keeps the entire condo very comfortable. The small fridge is a huge plus. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and there's a variety of seating choices. The location is good with a lot of restaurants, etc. nearby, including John's Pass. Parking in the lot was never an issue. Checking in/out was a breeze. CONS: The rug in the living room was dirty. The underside of the kitchen faucet sprayer had dried food plastered all over it. The coffee maker water reservoir was absolutely disgusting. The dishes smelled like wet dog, and the pot I used for boiling pasta looked like it wasn't washed after the last use. We decided to run a load in the dishwasher before using anything else. There were no batteries in the master bedroom remote. The bed pillows are like pancakes and very uncomfortable. The water pressure in the master shower is really bad. My daughters said their shower was lacking pressure too. The buzzer on the dryer doesn't turn off (at least we couldn't find a way), so we had to stay in the condo while using it so it didn't continue to go off every 5-10(?) minutes. There's only one elevator and it's very slow and gets pretty congested making for long wait times. The beach is kind of a mess, and the sand is hard and compacted because it doesn't get raked. No go for me. We won't be returning. FAVORITE RESTAURANTS: Frog Pond. Kenny's Korner. Mama's Kitchen. Angry Pepper. Caddy's.

My family had a wonderful stay in at the Sand Dollar! The beverage fridge use very useful!! Bedrooms were roomy with plenty of drawer space. Would definitely return!! The ladies at the front desk were a pleasure to work with and very helpful!!
