Stayed Jun 18, 2025Had to wait forever with the elevators, constantly closing pool saying it was storming when a couple times it either wasn’t storming or the storm had long passed but pool wasn’t opened back up. Then after checking out and leaving property while driving back home I got multiple voicemails, after traveling through a dead zone with no cell service for a bit, accusing me of stealing a cereal bowl and a Tupperware bowl that I did not use. I did not take a bowl (who steals a bowl anyway), I advised maybe it was left in the dishwasher idk but I did NOT have their bowl. The cleaning crew called me and accusing me saying the bowl is not in the cabinet therefor I have the bowl and would need to turn around and bring it back (6hours after I checked out btw) I advised I cannot bring you what I don’t have and I was then told I would be “charged 30 for each bowl that I took from the property” Even without all that happening it was way overpriced IMO and with all that it was not worth the money. There are way cheaper and as nice if not nicer places to stay in PCB. If you stay here take full video of every single item in the place from the second you walk in the door and then request cleaning crew go over inventory with you before leaving property. I will say the view of the beach from the balcony was beautiful

Stayed Jul 21, 2025The condo was a little bigger than we expected from the photos. The views were nice from the balcony. The property was conveniently located on the beach. Pools outside were nice. The indoor pool was pretty cold. The first day we noticed several shelves in the refrigerator had water standing on them. We had to use several paper towels to dry the shelves. We put a cup at the back of one of the shelves to catch the water dripping from the freezer. We let the host know. Some of our food was damaged as the water still leaked on the shelves again. The AC stopped working in the middle of our stay. We informed the host and they had it fixed the next day. Condo was clean. There are 2 elevators about 20 feet from the room, one of the elevators wasn't working the entire time. It took a long time to wait for the elevators. At night, and all day you can hear the elevator as it is pretty loud. We would stay again if both elevators were operational. The property is very nice.

Stayed May 17, 2025The home was clean and comfortable. The first night the AC went out on us and the owner stayed in constsnt communication and got somone out to fix it asap. We stayed a whole week and after that little incident eveeything else was perfect. Would deff stay again.

Stayed Jul 5, 2024Lovely condo, with a beautiful beach view. My only complaint would be the lack of elevators for a building this size. So with that being said, plan on waiting or take the elevators by the indoor pool for they seem to be faster getting people in and out. Overall, the amenities, and staff were great.

Stayed Mar 23, 2024First thing I said when I walked into the property as it was our second stay here was, “home sweet home”! This is my go to when in PCB! Location is perfect! Easy access to the elevators and THE VIEW never disappoints! Even on the one gloomy day we had enjoying the view on the balcony made it worth it. Dolphin sightings every morning! Love this place! And even with spring breakers in the area this is more family friendly as the hangout spot is a ways down the beach near pineapple Willy’s. All in all perfect!

Stayed Jun 28, 2023Overall it was a great stay. Host was easy to communicate and prompt with responses. Only downfall was slow elevators and the bedroom is located right next to the elevator and the noisebis nonstop.

Stayed Jun 22, 2023Nothing upscale about this place. The comforter on the bed looked like one from the 70’s. DIRECTLY ACROSS FROM ELEVATOR. VERY NOISY Checked in. No problem. No parking pass for us. Just for the previous renters had to change the date and car on pass to be able to park. And now a week after the stay being blamed for previous damage. And charged and extra $150 for it. Stay clear. Added fees. Looking to charge for damages done by others Completely dissatisfied with this owner and Vrbo the damage was clearly done before we got there Won’t recommend the majestic to anyone anytime soon

Stayed Apr 1, 2023The condo had 3 wash rags 3 foot towels and 4 towels. There were not any dishrags or dish hand towels. The pullout couch had 2 pillows and no bedding sheets or covers. I had a very hard time communicating to the owner what was there and what was missing. I was sent screenshots of the condo, but they were not accurate to our stay. When the cleaning lady brought supplies she created a very uncomfortable environment reporting false stories. The cleaning lady had a conversation with us about her trip up to the condo. She then reported to the owners it was us. Either the the owner misunderstood her story or she reported false information. This led to us being harrased by the owners and security. My husband did not enjoy his vacation as he stayed in the condo daily to make sure the cleaning lady did not enter our condo to false report us and end our stay. This was per security if the owner called again we would be put out. Security gave us no opportunity to speak or even tell them the backwards communication. Instead we were made to look as if we had been at fault. Also, there is very old Nast carpet in the bedroom. I didn't want me feet to touch it. Bring your own master bedroom covers as the one on the bed is basically a gauze pad. As a whole the condo and decore is very dated. I booked this condo 2 weeks in advance as no others were available. I understand why. I did not feel refreshed leaving my vacation. I felt worse for using vacation time and having an awful waisted experience.
