Beach Escape | Pool, Hot Tub & Private Balcony

I liked that the property was right there on the beach. The pool was always full of people. I didn’t like how loud the neighbors got but other than that it was a good stay.

On the beach. No need for a beach car parking pass. Car stays clean. Beach setup chairs/canopy 10 min after you call- 55. Day. Staff right there on premises and very courteous. Nice big pool. Will be back

Very nice experience. The unit was well-appointed, spacious, airy, clean, modern, and comfortable. This second-floor unit has a full-length balcony and overlooks the courtyard swimming pool, not the beach, but the beach is literally a few steps away. We liked that the unit occupied the entire second (and top) floor of its building, so we had no neighbors on any side of us. Very quiet as a result, although you do hear the noise from the pool. But the pool closes in the evening, and we didn't sit around in the unit during the day, anyway, so noise was never an issue.Laundry facilities are in the same building and very convenient. When we had questions during our stay, the rental office staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. The rental office occupies the floor below the unit, so it's very close by.We would definitely look to stay here again the next time we visit the area.

1 bedroom suite with nice living/dining area. Nice kitchen. The shaded balcony overlooks the courtyard and breautiful swimming pool below. Well maintained. Loved the hot tub. Just a short walk to the ocean.

This was a great room for us as we visited my daughter! Clean with plenty of kitchen must haves to make meals when needed! Check in/out process was very easy. Communication was very good throughout our stay. We will definitely come back to stay here again

Great beach front location.

Beach trip with the family! It was great! There was some mold in one of the picture frames so that was concerning but overall well!

Only thing bathtub to high for stepping in other than that we loved our stay getting two rooms next time for my family and my wife thanks very clean thanks again

We are in our 60’s and having to carry our stuff up and down was not fun. Especially when it came to our ice chest.I would think twice about getting a room next to the pool only because of the loud music that was being played. I would stay at this property again just a different room.

The unit is in great shape and the balcony over looking the pool was nice place to enjoy my morning coffee. The king size bed was comfortable and the pillows were plentiful. ( You don't always get enough pillows in a rental! ) The location to the beach was a plus. You can see the gulf from the bedroom window. We will definitely return on our next trip.

This is a great condo. Perfect spot and great complex! It was beautiful, and comfortable. The place is renovated, maybe freshly so? It’s quite large and it’s got the best balcony over the pool.

Weather was chilly and windy but we enjoyed the heated pool! Thanks for the pleasant stay!

I would recommend this stay for anyone wanting a relaxing vacation. Loved that the stay had a nice heated pool and on the beach with a 20 min drive to the tourist attractions in Corpus Christi.

If was clean and bright and had everything we needed. Only silly little thing was that it is right above the office, community room and laundry room.
