Beach Escape - 2 Bedroom Condo, steps to the beach.

Nicely appointed condo. Could have used more pillows for the beds. Appreciated the beach chairs for our use. Did get a little warm when sleeping since we weren’t allowed to adjust the thermostat below 72°. Otherwise, it served out purpose and we enjoyed out time there.

It worked great for what we needed other than being on the 3rd floor with no elevator.

We had a fantastic stay at this condo. Here are the things I'd want to know if I were looking to book this space:The location to the beach is fantastic. It's a short walk from the condo/parking area to Upham beach. The public beach has good bathroom facilities, and a counter service restaurant that has everything you'd want from a beach joint. The pool is small, but clean and comfortable. Our teenagers enjoyed it on days when the gulf was too windy. The pool seating does fill up every day, so it is beneficial to get there earlier if that's where you want to set up for the day.The condo itself is great, and appointed with extras. It was clean, and lived up to the pictures in the posting. The beds and furniture were comfortable, the kitchen was totally serviceable, and the host (Jorge) was very communicative and helpful the entire time. We were glad for the tip from another review to bring some extra fans for the bedroom. We liked having those for comfortable sleeping. Also, having the provided beach chairs and beach wagon was an amazing perk. The only reason that this place doesn't get full stars from us is that the property beyond the walls of the condo is old and hasn't been maintained well. The stairwell had old stained carpet, and the doors seemed really beat up. It made us panic a little bit when we walked in about our choice to stay there, but we were alleviated when we walked into the actual unit to find it quite pleasant. We also wish there was laundry in the unit.

Location is great. The place has everything you need. I would suggest taking a fan if you got hot easily.

Third floor was actually 4 floors narrow steep steps. Had to ask for fire alarms to be installed. None there. Kitchen had peeling ceiling paint and bathroom vent just went to roof and visible about 6 inches above shower. Spackling not finished. Noise from restaurant bar on ground floor. Place was clean. Would not go back there.

Perfect for a weekend get away.We were here Friday to Monday. The host was absolutely amazing with communication and had the condo ready to go as soon as we landed at 9am.There were tons of beach toys, wagon, beach chairs, umbrella etc for us to use.It was very very clean.Only down side was it is on the 3rd floor and no elevator - so that made it hard carrying stuff up and down constantly. As well as only one single ceiling fan in dining room - so it was very very warm in there.It is across the street from the beach, so a very short walk. Overall very good experience!!

The best location you'll find across the road from a stunning beach and close to lots of restaurants. The condo is presented very well and the host is excellent - communication was top notch and check in/out info along with answering any questions was great.

Easy commute to and from St Pete/ Clearwater airport. Condo unit is right across the street from a popular beach access. So nice to not have to worry about how and where to park. Unit itself was very clean and had everything we needed

We wanted a winter get away to soak in the sun. This property is located less than a block to the perfect beach. The parking availability was fantastic. Many great restaurants are also within walking distance. The Vrbo was clean, cozy, and quiet.

The building was clearly marked and easy to find. Entry instructions were good. Parking was easy and close. The beach was very close with a grill right there for eats! Cabana rental on the beach. Entrance to condo is not indicative of the very lovely inside! Had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive to a backed up toilet. No complaints!

Perfect location and perfect place to stay! Hosts responded in a timely manner and were helpful. I would stay here again.
