The room was nice enough but the front desk was not helpful and rude. I did not like that there were not any luggage carriers available unless you left your drivers license with the front desk and those were awful and could not even carry a suitcase. This is a huge place and very hard to get everything to your room without a luggage carrier. This is not a review of the room as the resort. Overall, it was a good trip.

Very nice place, conveniently located on the 5th floor! Loves having our own personal travel agent that always answered any questions very promptly!

The condo was clean and nicely decorated. The check-in and checkout process was easy peazy, with not issues. Would stay again.

We had a great stay overall! The place was clean, the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, and pans—everything we needed to cook and eat in. A few small things could really improve the experience, though: there were no basic cleaning supplies for the countertops, and only one dish soap tablet, two laundry pods, a single roll of paper towels, and three rolls of toilet paper for the entire week. It would also be helpful to have access to a broom or vacuum for quick cleanups, especially with kids. One of the bedrooms could really use a blackout curtain—the sun comes blazing in first thing in the morning. And while the kitchen was stocked with essentials, it would've been nice if a few basics like salt, pepper, or condiments were available. Still, the space worked well for our trip, and with just a few small additions, it would be an even better stay!

We came down of all times during senior week, my son graduated high school and stayed in the same area so we came to celebrate with him. It’s a very busy area, which we knew to expect. The location was perfect and close the everything, even walking distance to the beach, food, entertainment etc. Walmart is across the street which was amazing. The room is exactly as shown and laid out perfect. 5th floor makes it very easy to get around during peak seasons as they have a catwalk from the parking garage on the first few floors (elevators stay busy). Just book this room, you won’t be disappointed

It was ok. Washed my clothes and then the dryer didn’t work had to pack it all wet. 20 minute wait for elevators. Couldn’t use the balcony neighbors smoking the stinky stuff.

We already stayed in this room in April of this year. We liked the room and decided that next time we would definitely stay here. We were so disappointed when we arrived here again!!! The room was very dirty. The floor hasn't been washed for a very long time. There was hair everywhere, dust had accumulated, debris and dirt stuck to my feet, the toilets were dirty from the previous occupants (I don't even want to say what I observed there), the kitchen countertop was covered in debris and crumbs. I want to tell you that this room needs to be not just cleaned, but thoroughly cleaned: wash the windows, doors, baseboards, cabinets. On the first night at 2-3 o'clock (I don't remember exactly what time) a siren sounded, which scared us very much. We ran around the rooms for a long time, not understanding what was happening. In short, this holiday left a negative impression. We will not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

We loved the condo. It was nice that each person had their own space. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals. We loved how clean it was and because it was on the 5th floor we didn't have to use the elevator to unload and load the car. We also had an easy walk to the beach. Our only complaint is mattresses on the beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable. They need to be replaced. Also there are smart TVs but no cable.

I could have easily given 5 stars if it were properly cleaned, or if at least we had been accommodated in some way for the inconvenience of having to clean it myself. Dirty sheets late at night were the worst part. I would however stay again bc everything else was perfect. Looks like the pictures, has gorgeous views of ocean and lake and convenient location!

I was very pleased at this Condo as everything was exactly as pictured above. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and location was nice. If I had to I’d definitely choose to stay here again. The host was easy to talk to if you had any issues, and checked in on you during your stay. This unit definitely did not disappoint! Thanks!
