Stayed May 10, 2025We really enjoyed our stay at the Beach Cottage. The communication with Martin prior to our stay and the check-in processes were excellent. The condo itself was as presented; roomy, clean, all needed supplies were available and a great view of the beach.

Stayed Aug 7, 2022Filthy bathrooms, musty smell and building maintenance issues. No WiFi. We were stuck in apartment with no water & to allow Wi-Fi service people to work on repairs.

Stayed Jul 30, 2022This is a great place to getaway and relax. There are a lot of things you can do in the area but for us it was all about sun and sand. Unlike places up or down the coast the units are quite close to the beach so you can quickly get out and relax in the water. The unit is very nice and everything works as it should. With the doors shut it is nice and quiet or if you want to sit on the deck during the day you get some pool noise but can still clearly here the surf in the background. The pool closes fairly early which makes sitting on the deck under the stars a very enjoyable experience. I would return to this property and would recommend it if you are looking for an oceanfront getaway.

Stayed Apr 16, 2022This Condo was extremely clean, well maintained and fully stocked. The towels were a bit worn but I’m sure they will be replaced soon. The owner was extremely nice and helpful. You will not want to miss the sunset views from the balcony!!!!
