Great location. Right next to the beach. Friendly staff. Good gym. Very clean. My family had a wonderful time.

This property was nice, the only downside there is no AC. Overall had a great trip with the beach being so close, the unit had beach chairs everything needed for the beach.

My partner and I stayed at this beach condo for a weekend getaway and really enjoyed our visit. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and the location was excellent. We were close to several attractions, including Flower Fields at Carlsbad Ranch, South Carlsbad State Beach, LEGOLAND California Resort, and the main village area with plenty of coffee shops, breweries, and restaurants. We even got to enjoy a weekend night market, which was a fun bonus.The only two minor cons were that my allergies flared up while in the room, possibly due to some dust buildup, and the shower knob appears to be reversed, with cold set to hot and hot set to cold, which caught me off guard a couple of times.Those were very small issues in the bigger picture. The property is well maintained, the neighbors were friendly, the beach access is incredibly convenient, and the condo itself was clean and comfortable. We would happily stay again and would recommend it to other travelers.

Very nice place

Lack of amenities! Pots are old teflon which is very unhealthy. No foil or Saran wrap. There is no washer or dryer. You have to go to the garage floor for washer and dryer which is a total rip off. Bathroom floors are cold and need mats. Location is great!

It was a very good experience. We left the condo unit as we found it, clean and tidy. Great location and a fun city to be in.

See above. Extremely disappointing. Host was friendly until there was a problem and I asked for small compensation. Another staff member told me they were told they could not call me with an update. I had to call back. I don’t care to focus on the negatives in life, but to forewarn others, I need to say something.

Easy check in and parking is right below unit. Love NCV and everything they have to offer. Don’t let the 1970’s shower head and bathroom fool you, best shower water pressure ever!Negatives: there was a smell when we first walked in that never really left the unit. We couldn’t tell if it was neighbors food, moisture, mold. But the smell remained and was an issue. My wife even said we smelled like mold when she picked us up at airport. Need a new couch, middle of couch is stained a different color. Positives far outweighed negatives, would stay here again.
