Beach Condo Walk to the sand beach and Texas State Aquarium.

The building was dilapidated and seemed not structurally sound. The third floor balcony/walk way to condo door felt like it was going to fall through it was bare unfinished plywood. The railings seemed loose. There was black spots in the ceilings outside. The place had a very strong smell of mold. All the vent were covered in rust and just looked like the building had not been kept up with.

I loved how close we were to everything. The room was very clean and comfy and quiet. I would definitely stay again. Thank you.

We understand this is not a hotel and its someone's vacation property. What we didnt appreciate at all was not being told that the elevator up up to the 4th floor unit was broken until AFTER we made all the payments to Vrbo. I mean thank god we weren't elderly or disabled. The bedroom smelled of urine and mold and the unit overall smelled of mildew and mold. The bathroom door also didnt latch or stay closed and there was no lock on the slidng door. The parking was a race to get a coveted spot in the garage which we seemed to lose always and there is a fee to check in. There are almost NO restaurants around unless you drive 5 to 10 miles. The whole area looks like its stuck in 1991. The pool was dirty and packed with drinking and pot smoking teens. Basically we would not visit this area again.

Overall pretty decent

When we got there ,the place was under contraction.We had no water in the unit,heavy,noisy machines in the hallways,workers everywhere.Elevators didn't work.Pool was dirty and closed.We only booked 2 days before our travel and the host was dishonest about condition of his apartment.Of course we decided to leave right away due the conditions especially being with 2 kids!The host make it really difficult and charge us anyway.That was very stressful and worst experience we ever had during our travels.

Loved how close the beach was. Everything is in walking distance. Look forward to staying again.

Great for the price!

It was dirty and unsafe,

I loved the beach access and enjoyed a daily walk on the sand. We didn’t have time to swim, but the pools looked clean and inviting. Our condo was clean, although it could use some minor updates. The bed was terribly uncomfortable for two people, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa. But, we always felt safe, and the water views were awesome from the room.

Place was pretty clean and right off the beach which was the best part. Alittle smaller then expected but over all a good place to stay for the price.

The location was nice, condo was cute BUT dirty. The remotes were sticky and dirty, the wall next to the bed was dirty like someone spilled a drink& didn't clean clean it

We had a lovely time on our vacation, the pool was nice and warm and the beach was so close! The location was perfect everything we needed to visit or go to was 15 mins away normally or even closer! We would love to come back!

Building could use some work. Especially the air condition. The bed was a little soft for my taste but besides that everything was accurate. No troubles.

Convenient location, all the amenities for a comfortable stay

Great location but extenuating circumstances shortend pur stay and the host was understanding and got us a refund promptly

Location was great and ocean view is nice,The condo was constantly humid even when using a humidifier the place still smells humid. , which is not too healthy . Old furniture, broken patio doors.. I don’t think I could go back there

Staff was very helpful, the apartment was old, frying pan old nasty, dust on top coffee maker, balcony door was very hard to open up.

Cute place next to the beach. My granddaughters had a blast at the pool. Many good restaurants and attractions near by. We would definitely stay there again.

Terrible, condo is smelly, bedding blankets, even towel too old and smelly, will never go back that place

Overall we enjoyed our stay, It was cozy and smaller than expected but we didn't mind. The pool was nice and refreshing and you have a slight view of the beach. Property was clean and maintained. Its a very short drive to the Lexington and the little shops, you could walk but our gang was against it due to all the walking at the Lexington. Also a Short drive to HEB. Only thing was it smelled like mildew and we had to go buy Air fresheners to place throughout the unit because we all had headaches when we woke up the next day. (I would hang moisture bags throughout to prevent this) Otherwise we had a great time!
