Beach Condo Pelican 12

The view & beach are amazing. The communication with the host were prompt, friendly & accomidating. The beach condo was a dream. Light & beachey decore & lots of windows. It was quiet & we had the perfect little stay.

Love love love this property, the kitchen had all your basics, washer and dryer in the unit worked very well. Beds were clean and comfortable. Even the couches were great to sit on. Just remember pelican point doesn't allow grills of any kind. Although I brought a small campfire grill I was able to roll it out to the beach and BBQ, it was a challenge but we ended up getting it done. We alsowere able to have a bonfire on the beach just make it away from the rock line and have a contained fire pit with mesh dome. My Texas family had a blast and would definitely recommend anyone to book this property. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing time right by the beach.

Our room overlooked the ocean. The kitchen was well equipped. Overall a nice property.

Beautifully bright and sunny with great views of the ocean. Kitchen minimally stocked. Unit does show wear and tear. Hall toilet needs to be replaced and gave us issues. Need better black out curtains in guest bedroom to block out outside lights. But master bedroom was fantastic. Loved reading nook in corner.

Loved the beach view and the large windows facing the beach in the master bedroom.Plenty of kitchen supplies. Had to buy some filters for the coffee pot was the only glitch.Hope to stay in same place next year. The beds were very comfortable.

This was our second time staying here.The condo is as advertised and the views are amazing. Loved it!

I live 45 min away and I’ve visited this beautiful beach a bunch of times and every time I told myself “I wanna stay here”. So for my 55th bday decided to have a girls weekend. Pelican 12 was the perfect place. Gorgeous views from the living room and master bedroom. Super comfortable beds, lots of linens, and our favorite… a keurig! We were steps away from the huge empty beach where we found many sea shells. We didn’t want to leave. We are already trying to decide when to come back.

Our family definitely enjoyed our stay in this beach house. Location was perfect for our family. My husband and son caught 4 huge surf perch.

Steps to the beach was our favorite! Perfect weekend to celebrate my daughter turning 17! Thank you for sharing your wonderful home!

The condo stay was excellent. You can’t beat the view and easy access to the beach. Accommodations were adequate for the pricing and small family with a child. Would stay here again.
