My family enjoys Ocean City each summer and our stay in Dave’s condo this past weekend did not disappoint! It was our first time staying in the higher streets and this location was awesome! Very short walk to the beach each day, an enjoyable and very manageable walk to the heart of the boardwalk each night (even with a 3 year old and 5 year old in tow) and the layout of the condo was perfect. My boys were excited to each have their own room and didn’t want to leave at the end of our trip. Very welcoming, spacious and tastefully decorated and not to mention a perfect 2nd floor front deck to enjoy morning coffee on a quieter, family oriented street. Dave was very hospitable and super communicative from booking to checkout. Highly recommend and hope to enjoy again ourselves in the future!

It’s my family’s third summer in OCNJ. The house was very nice, and it’s a very quick walk to the beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the start of the commercialized section of the boardwalk, so keep that in mind. It worked great for us to balance the beach and boardwalk.

Property was great! Location is close to the beach. Owners are very communicative. We will definitely be staying here again!

It was a very comfortable and well equipped home. It was our first time back in about ten years. Great to eat at Uncle Bill’s pancake house. Got to wonderland peer before it permanently closes. Most important we got our fudge kitchen fudge and shrivers salt water taffies. I would highly recommend this place.

Was just relaxing and very easy process!! The house was one block from beach and board walk. Front porch was perfect to hang out at night!! The host was amazing and super accommodating which just makes everything easier!!! Would definitely return and rent again. Thank you for the amazing experience!!

Lovely spacious apartment, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds. Kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Great location 5 min walking distance to a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back.
