Beach Condo in Del Mar, steps from San Diego's finest beach

The condo was perfectly located for beach fun and the Del Mar racetrack. Beautiful beaches all along the coast. Party in SanDiego and LA.

It was a great location. The beach was literally a block away. The king sized bed was very comfortable. Plenty of space for my family. Restaurants were a few minutes driving distance. They have everything you can possibly need. We used their beach chairs/towels, and umbrellas. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to relax and enjoy time at the beach.

Such a great place! Great location, super nice neighbors, very clean, excellent layout, very spacious, easy parking for two cars, kitchen was well stocked (had an air fryer too!) boogie boards, lots of beach chairs and towels, quick walk across to the beach and I love the access to the river mouth trail to hiking the canyon. Can’t wait to come back!

This nicely appointed and incredibly clean condo is just two blocks to the beach, and an easy walk to two fantastic seaside restaurants. Communicating with the owner was a breeze, having a designated parking space was ideal, and we appreciated every moment of our holiday weekend stay. Five stars.

Great condo, it had everything we needed for our beach vacation over the 4th of July. It was well stocked with beach chairs, a cart, and games, as well as extra towels and all the utensils you need to cook. The air flow on the second floor was plenty to cool the unit with no A/C, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. There is a small high top and chairs out front to enjoy the views, and the walk to the beach was maybe 2 minutes. We will definitely be looking to stay here again.

A lovely cozy condo, fully stocked with everything you’d need and want. Very clean, nice decor, comfy beds and furniture. Enjoyed being close to the beach which was not crowded. Also enjoyed walking to the many excellent restaurants in the quaint little town. We walked everywhere / the county fair was a nice addition. Definitely would recommend this condo for a family vacation!

This condo is very well appointed. All beach needs covered - wagon, boogie boards, umbrella, beach chairs, beach towels. Kitchen had plenty of dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils. Host is very responsive. Can't beat the proximity to the beach for the price. Definitely recommend this property for beachlovers.

The long weekend was AMAZING, the property was just what we needed and then some. Big bonus was the in-unit washer and dryer and all the beach equipment including a wagon! The kitchen had every appliance and so many plates, utensils and the like. The only downfall was the parking space, we had a small SUV and had to fold in the windows to fit. The temperature was great, with windows.

This location is perfect - a short walk to Del Mar beach and parking! Two small things prevented me from giving it 5 stars. 1. Single ply toilet paper in every bathroom. 2. The garbage disposal/sink smelled bad. Neither is a deal breaker so we would stay there again (and maybe bring our own TP and a lemon for the disposal).

Overall the condo works well for 2 couples. It needs some work: master bathroom door drags on the floor, front lock does not operate smoothly, ice maker didn’t work, but we appreciated the ice cube trays to make ice. It was disappointing not to have central heat with the foggy cold mornings. But we were told this by the owner. Portable heaters were provided. It was nice to be close to the ocean and many services!

Love this comfortable condo with a well appointed kitchen & comfy beds. It’s close to the beach & our Grandkids!! Check in & out is easy as is communication with Dan. We’ll be back!!

We have stayed in this apartment several times, and it always suits our needs. It is comfortable, very well-equipped and in a wonderful location.

The size of the condo was perfect for the three of us. Location was great and it was so convenient having an assigned parking spot (although it was very tight). The kitchen was very well equipped with plenty of dishware and cookware.

This property is central to everything in Del Mar. Not a view property but one block from the beach and a short walk to everywhere. Owner was wonderful and accommodations were nice. In unit laundry and fully equipped kitchen.

We had a wedding in the area and our stay was comfortable, clean and easy access to the beach! Definitely would recommend!

This beach condo was PERFECT for our family of five! Our kids loved the recliners in the living room and easy access to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

I cannot say enough about this great Del Mar condo. Not only was it clean, comfortable and well supplied, but OMG having its own reserved parking spot and just a 5 minute walk to the beach ... put this rental over the top in my book. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks to the hosts for an amazing weekend getaway.
