Beach Colony West Penthouse - Incredible Beach Front Views in Navarre Beach

The condo was decorated so cute, very clean and had everything we needed. The host was very responsive. We look forward to our next stay.

We appreciated the location, communication and the beach chairs. However, it would have been nice to had a deck of cards, a puzzle, dice... anything. Also, assumed there would have been beach towels provided but found there wasn't any. It is a beautiful unit, just missing a few accommodations.

Great condo, beautiful view, clean, easy check in/out, pool is huge, short walk to the volleyball courts next to the pier. Overall fantastic accommodations for our family of 6.

The condo was clean with an incredible view. The property manager was great to work with, and directions were emailed in a timely fashion ans easy to understand.

Our daughter, son-in-law and 2 yr old granddaughter enjoyed our stay in Navarre. The condo was well equipped with everything we needed and very comfortable. The weather was excellent and we enjoyed the beach and pool every day! We also spent time on the large balcony every morning. Our only concern was the king and queen mattresses were not very comfortable.

This is the nicest condo and resort we have stayed in. We had kids ages 8-15 and everyone loved it. Had everything we needed, no issues whatsoever. Beautiful views, clean condo, the elevators were quick and never crowded. The resort overall was very well maintained and clean. The beach storage room on ground level was very helpful. Had no issues getting a grocery order delivered. The pool is huge and a nice break from the sand. The master bed was very comfortable. The kitchen supplies were in good condition and well stocked. We enjoyed the waffle maker! We plan to return! I would recommend calling to reserve the beach chairs ahead of time as the first two rows get reserved very quickly. And if you want more space than the provided 2 chairs and umbrella, you do have to get up early to get down and save a spot. The open available areas fill up quickly. We had 6 of us and wanted a spot closest to the water, so we went down every morning at 545am to set up our area for a front spot.

We needed a place to stay near the Navarre Pier for a wedding. This was perfect. It has plenty of room for a family and is well kept. The owner gave very good instructions and information. We couldn't have been happier with this stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is well maintained and clean. Everything you need is available in the condo. All you need to do is relax.

Great view. Comfortable beds. Some of the dishes were not cleaned well when we got there, so did a little rewashing and it was fine. Water pressure not great when others are showering at same time, but being 17 floors up could be the issue. Overall a beautiful and cozy property. Would definitely stay again.

We came to Navarre for a beach wedding and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Would definitely recommend!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. The condo is absolutely beautiful. The views are like nothing You can even imagine. The owner Melanie is amazing. She communicated with me every step of the way. We loved everything about our stay. I cannot wait to stay here again.

Lovely condo. Beautifully and tactfully decorated. Loved loved the balcony. The views from the balcony were beautiful of both the gulf and sound. The host was easy to communicate with and very accommodating to our unique circumstances.

This condo was very nice, 17th floor with amazing views. Love the patio furniture and well decorated inside. A few minor things the owner needs to address would give it a 5 star but they are easy fixes.

The overall stay at Beach colony west was not the greatest. The listing said that there was a hot tub (a huge deciding factor of where we booked) and there was not a hot tub. They since took that down after I brought it to attention.. they had water issues throughout our whole stay and kept shutting the water off without notice.. the area lacked things to do, resulting in us traveling to other places for entertainment.. that will definitely be my only trip to Navarre.

We had a wonderful time! Beach Colony is our favorite condo! This condo actually is our favorite! It was our first time staying on the 17th floor. We will never stay any lower! The condo was beautiful! The view was amazing! We are already planning/booking for 2025!

We love this condo unit. Location is the best and property is very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable and the location was great. The only negative we had was the parking garage only has a 6’8” clearance on one side and 7’1” on the other. It was not tall enough to fit our Honda pilot with a cargo box on top. There were some oversized vehicle parking spots but not many so parking was a little bit stressful. I did not count this against our stay of course because this is not the property owners fault. Melanie responded quickly to all questions I had and we didn’t have any problems with her. If it weren’t for the parking I would love to stay here again.

We last stayed at this condo the July 4th week of 2020 and even though we stay at the beach Colony every year found its availability for this year. The condo is nicely decorated with a beach theme. Dealing with Melanie was a pleasure. Melanie responded to all of my questions about our stay and some minor problems immediately after receiving the email. I will definitely try to stay with Melanie next year.

This was the most posh, lovely and spacious condo I have ever stayed in. The property manager, Melanie, was prompt, polite and very pleasant. I hope this unit will be available for rental next year. A 5 star experience, to say the least.
