Stayed Oct 18, 2025Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Even though loud air grinding was happening, and noisy kids late into the night singing with a microphone our stay was good. Property management should detail in entirety if renovations are going to be noisy. Also was told that security had been cancelled due to b weed ing end of season.

This area of FL is absolutely amazing. We loved everything about this condo, and working with Linda is a pleasure. She is quick to respond and very polite with our entire booking and staying process.

Reviewer Comments: Great costumer service, perfect location, beautiful unit and easy check-in...only negative was that the master bedroom needs a ceiling fan or something to circulate air. I slept on the couch each night because the master was hot at night. Overall, we had an amazing long weekend!

Rooms were nice, everything worked and well furnished-I like it simple. Place was very clean. Lots of good eats nearby plus Pensacola Beach is a leisurely drive for the restaurants there. Have been coming to Navarre Beach since 1991. Lots of changes but still our go to get away!

It was very spacious, clean, and the view was just amazing. It was very easy booking with Navarre Beach Vacations from the very first phone call. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. The beach staff was also amazing. Sometimes they can be a little rude when you get chairs with your room, but these guys were great and very friendly. I will def be coming back here and booking with Navarre Beach Vacations.

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental group is very easy to work with and the location is great. This is our 5th year in BCW3cWe did have a few issues that we have not had in the past. There are some upgrades that need to be made. Kitchen was not fully stocked as it’s been in previous years. Both couches need replaced. It was very difficult to get out of and uncomfortable to sit on. Hot water was not a quick or consistent in the master shower. There are 2 chairs at the dining table that have loose/broken legs. We have always loved this unit, but will need to look elsewhere if the furniture is not replaced. The table lamp by the couch was missing. Could only use the ceiling light. We did not call the rental group while there bc these are issues that take time to replace.
