We really enjoyed the condo. It is very spacious! The building was great and the view was amazing.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was just as expected- It was big and comfortable for my husband and myself, and our three young adult children. It was very clean and had most everything we beed3d in the kitchen. The deck was set up well for us to enjoy as well. It was also nice to have a covered parking spot! My only complaints are: a new dishwasher or dishwasher repair is needed. It didn’t clean the dishes very well, even when dishes were rinsed. And check in times should be staggered a little. Having everyone check in at four was chaotic-and a little dangerous. Cars everywhere in a small area and people unloading and walking in the road-all at the same time. Other than those two things, everything was perfect. Dee easily accommodated us when we wanted to stay an extra day. I would definitely stay here again and rent from Navarre Beach Vacations!

DeeAnna was one of the best hosts I’ve worked with in my time of renting properties from VRBO. She was readily available 24/7 and super nice. Her condo was beautiful - absolutely accommodating for my family of six and we are so excited to come back!

We had an amazing stay at this condo! The accommodations were perfect for our family of 6. Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, A/C works great, furniture and appliances are all in great shape, fantastic view of the beach and Santa Rosa Sound, & complimentary chair service is a big deal. The elevators work quickly - easy & quick access to the pool & beach. There's a storage closet on the ground level to keep beach gear, which makes it easier to get to the beach. The property keeps a box of beach & pool toys for kids to borrow. The whole facility has been kept in great condition. Communication with the property manager was perfect...quick responses & all information clearly posted in their web portal. The beach is fantastic - clear water & beautiful sand. Navarre is the place to be if you want a relaxing beach vacation. We will definitely be returning to this condo next year!

We come to the beach every summer. We chose Navarre this year because of this condo. When we arrived, it was so clean! The view was amazing, it was also well stocked for anything we may have forgotten. The communication with the owner was second to none. She was absolutely amazing. We have already booked our stay for next year with the same owner!! Highly recommended!

Our room was wonderful. The property had everything we needed! We wanted to use the blender and found that it didn’t work, called property manager and we had a brand new blender within 30 minutes! I have visited Navarre the last 4 years and this has been one of the best! I loved that the unit provided beach towels as well. The beach attendants were wonderful. I would definitely recommend this property and will book again!

We had a wonderful stay, and the condo was very spacious and matched the photos and description very well! Communication was great and very clear! We would definitely stay here again! The only thing that was slightly misleading was the beach chair service-while it was first come first serve, however even when we got down by 7:30 AM, hardly anyone was down there yet but we were unable to get a front row chair set and could not make a reservation to have one the following day either, as the chair service attendant said only the owners could do that, regardless of the first come first serve. Which was very hard with two young toddlers, who wanted to stay in the water- being on the second row and having little view in front of us did not allow for supervision of children and we did not bring our own chairs or umbrella because we were under the impression with the chairs and umbrella service being included and the first come first serve, we would not need to bring any! Other than that we were very pleased with our stay!

The condo was furnished very nicely.
