The unit was super clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of four. The view was amazing and the pool was perfect! I loved the quick access to restaurants and the pier while also feeling the quiet and quaintness of Navarre Beach. Would definitely stay in this unit again!

Accommodations were flawless. Check in and check out very convenient. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Beach Colony West 11E was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable, relaxing vacation. The views from the balcony were simply breathtaking — we enjoyed watching dolphins in the morning and gorgeous sunsets in the evening.The kitchen was fully stocked and made it easy to cook meals, the beds were super comfortable, and the living area felt like home. The pool area and beach access were both immaculate and never overcrowded. The building itself is very secure and well maintained, and parking was easy and convenient.The owners/management were wonderful to communicate with — responsive, friendly, and truly cared about making our stay perfect. Navarre Beach is such a hidden gem, peaceful but still close to great restaurants and activities.We can’t wait to come back! This condo exceeded every expectation — highly recommend Beach Colony West 11E to anyone looking for the perfect beach getaway!

It is beautifully decorated, very clean and very well maintained - our favorite condo that we have ever stayed in. The bathrooms are amazing, the furniture is new and clean, the beds are so comfy, the kitchen is fully stocked! Even the assigned parking spot is in the perfect location, right by the parking garage entrance! The grounds at Beach Colony are also beautiful and well maintained! The pool is amazing and is so big that it never feels crowded, even during peak season. This condo feels like our second home and you can tell the management company and owners take great care of it!

I appreciated that the condo was exactly as the advertised photos and info. We were able to easily access the unit, the bikes, the community center, etc. We never had to contact the owners/mgmt. 1st time and Navarre Beach and loved how beautiful and quiet it was.

Let me start by saying this place is very nice, very nice updates throughout, very clean, and quick communication with the property management. The only draw back for me and my family was the constant reminders all over the place of things they would fine you for. It was really off-putting and made me feel a level of unease the entire time we were there. I have stayed in several really nice comparable condos up and down the coast and this was the first that I just felt completely untrusted. Other than that, it was really nice but I would likely stay in another location next time.

The expansive, wide balcony, has nice furniture and gives a direct view of the aqua blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico as well as the sunsets in the western sky. It’s a short drive to the beautiful National Seashore where the crowds thin out and one can enjoy the beauty of the ocean and pristine white dunes. We found everything we needed as well as a very clean unit. The owner immediately answered any questions or concerns we had. Overall, we would highly recommend this condo!

I will start by saying this is a beautiful property. I appreciated the gated entry; the grounds and corridors were extremely clean and well-maintained. Upon arrival, everything was immaculate. It has everything you need; everything is well organized and quickly found. There is plenty of space, is high-end design, and the heated master bathroom tile floor is a great touch. The covered balcony is huge with a spectacular view. There is an adjacent building, so it is not extremely private, but I did not find it an issue. SMART TVs, fast internet, and high-end appliances only add to the rental's top-notch appointments. I wish had time for a longer stay. Everything worked, and I had no problems. Reservations were simple; emails from the owner sent links and any details needed. She responded quickly and was very nice. If you respect this fantastic property, you should choose it for your stay. I highly recommend it. Stunning and well done! A couple of wish list items: Adding a full-length wall mirror would be handy and I was surprised this was missing. I am also used to a softer bed, and I wish the master mattress were a bit plusher; however, I appreciated the extra linens and blankets as the weather was cold during my visit, which helped balance the firm mattress out. I also wish the luggage carts were in the garage, not the main building, as it is a little walk. I also wish the check out was a little later in the morning.

Highly recommend this condo. It was nicely decorated and clean. Easy access to beach and well maintained grounds. Only recommendation is new towels are needed. They were worn and not so white anymore. Otherwise, great place to stay. You won’t be disappointed.

My major complaint was that while the listing states “free beach chair rental” on the property description on your site. The “fine print” in the rental agreement indicates the free rental is only March thru October. Deanna did provide the contact information for a rental agency, but at our added expense. Otherwise the property was beautiful and well maintained and Deanna was helpful.

We have stayed in many condos in the Panama City Beach, Destin, and Ft. Walton beach area. We decided to give Navarre a try. I am so glad we did. This was by far the nicest and cleanest condo we have stayed in. The complex is nice. The check in process was very easy. The view was fantastic. The balcony overlooking the Gulf is huge. We enjoyed our breakfasts on the balcony and it was so relaxing. The pool and the beach are easy accessible and very nice. The beach chair service is a definite plus however it is first come first served and only the actual owners have chairs on the front row. If you are renting the unit from the owner you are relegated to the 2nd row (this was a little disappointing to us). I would highly recommend this condo. We will be back.

The condo is beautiful, very comfortable furniture and beds. Also, balcony furniture was very sturdy and comfortable, not the little plastic stuff that is sometime out there. DeeAnna was wonderful to work with, she replies quickly to questions and any problems you may encounter. We had a very relaxing week of vacation!

Beautiful condo, spectacular view!

This condo was a perfect place to take it slow and relax. It is hard to say what my favorite part was. The balcony had the most beautiful view of the beach and very comfortable patio furniture. The master bath was beautiful, I love the open concept of the glass shower and the soaking tub. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need and the beds! I don’t think I have ever slept on a more comfortable bed. The pool was so nice, even at times when there seemed to be a lot of people, it accommodated nicely and never felt crowded. It was amazing and we were talking about coming back before we ever left. The location was within walking distance to several places to eat and everyone we encountered was so friendly!
