Our stay was wonderful! I could see the ocean from the bed and from the jet tub. Kitchen was well stocked except for spices, they only provide salt and pepper. We went to the ocean probably 2-5 times a day. The beach chairs/umbrella service was great with having a baby, we didn't have to haul chairs or umbrella plus a baby and kids. Property managers were very friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed the stay. The condo is very clean and well maintained. Beautiful views of the gulf. Easy access I everything. I would definitely recommend.

Over all excellent! We booked with VRBO. However, we had to deal with a second party booking manager. We did not gain access to the property on time. However, when VRBO was contacted, they did correct the problem.

My only negative comments concern the property. There was no restrooms on the grounds near the pool. This is a huge inconvenience if you have children. Secondly, although we paid extra for premium seating on a 2nd set of beach chairs, we could never get on the front row (although many of the reserved chairs for owners stayed empty). This is the first time I have ever encountered this in all our many travels to the beach. However, we still had a great time and would consider a return visit.

The view from the balcony was beautiful! The pool was chilly (we had cool weather) but we loved catching some rays. The beach is beyond compare, just beautiful and so easy to get to from the condo. The location is just what we like- quiet but easy to get to restaurants and entertainment. DeeAnna was quick to answer any questions and the communication for arrival and departure was clear and easy to follow. We loved every minute of our stay!

This condo is perfect for beach time with friends. Probably the best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in! We needed nothing! The furniture and the beds were all so comfortable. Perfect location…5 minutes for grocery, restaurants, etc. View was amazing & the highlight was the fireworks show on the Navarre pier. We will be back!!

Spent Thanskgiving at the beach. Layout of the condo for adults was great. Views were out of this world.

Relaxing

We’ve been vacationing in Navarre with our kids for the past 10 years or so, and have stayed in many different buildings and units over the years. While they’ve all been absolutely fine, we’ve never rebooked the same one twice. I just hadn’t found “the one” yet - until I stepped into this one. It was CLEAN, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, incredible view with comfortable balcony furniture (that’s a deal breaker for us), comfortable living room furniture, etc. And we LOVED the locked storage area on the ground floor. Game changer for keeping sand out of the unit. I have a 12 and 9 year old and they’re both already begging me to make sure I book this unit again for Fall Break next year. Hopefully we can make it happen!!

Other than some weather the first couple days our stay was great! The condo is wonderful and exactly as advertised. We will definitely be back for another visit next year. Highly recommend this place!

Great View and the Apartment was extremely clean when we arrived. Very nicely furnished.

Vacation stay was great. Location is close to everything (food, stores, ect) as well as having a beachfront view. Very easy stay and we are sad to have to go. Couldn’t have been better!

We have stayed at the Beach Colony 6-7 times, only place on Navarre we like to stay at. This unit did not disappoint, it was super clean, wonderful master bed and great communication from the leasing company. This is for sure going to be a repeat stay……

loved the angle of the porch and the view, as well as the comfortable patio furniture. All the beds were comfortable and the condo very clean and relaxing. my entire family enjoyed the trip and loved the layout and the cozy feeling.We would definitely rent there again and recommend it to anyone coming to beautiful Navarre Beach!

Everything about this condo was perfect. It was very nice and extremely clean. Well managed. Kitchen was not missing anything that we needed will stay again for sure.

This condo was very clean and roomy! It had comfortable beds, comfortable living room furniture, and comfortable deck seating. We enjoyed our stay! It had hand soap, paper towels, etc. there for you which helps. I only have two small items that weren’t perfect. The kitchen equipment was not great. If you were planning on cooking meals, it could use some improvement. And the master bedroom only has one vent so it was warmer in that bedroom than the rest of the house.
