Stayed Jul 19, 2025Very disappointed with the decor, I didn’t feel like I was on the beach until I stepped out on the balcony. Mattress needs to be replaced in side room. They need more Lamps in the den, hot pads to take things out of the oven. I like the floors. And I’m so sorry, keys? We spent so much time trying to make sure someone had a key and who?

Stayed Jul 28, 2024The condo property is not too big so the pool and elevators were never crowded. The unit was clean and we really appreciated the amenity boxes that were provided. Unit was spacious and was perfect for our mixed group of 5 family members. That being said, the front bedrooms did not seem to cool as much as we would have liked and the beds were not very comfortable. The bed in the primary suite was fine.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024We loved the condo. We had plenty of space for everyone. It was great having 3 bathrooms too. The view was beautiful and looked exactly like the listing. We loved the security at Beach Colony and felt safe the entire week. The beach service team worked so hard to give us the best spots on the beach. Everything was perfect. Great location for restaurants and grocery stores. The check in/check out process was easy but wished it could have been on property rather than having to drive to a different location.
