Beach Colony Resort West 5E - 2BR Gulf-front condo w/Beach Service

We were very happy and pleased with this condo. It ws very clean. On the beach which we loved. The views were wonderful. We will be back for sure.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was perfect for my family of 5. I don't have any significant complaints, but I was mildly disappointed that there weren't more than one day's worth of kitchen and bathroom supplies (and actually there were no coffee filters, at all). I think it would go a long way to provide guests with one more roll of papter towels, a couple more rolls of toilet paper, more than one dishwasher detergent pack, a corkscrew, and some pam cooking spray. One more thing of note - when we arrived, I notified management that one of our toilets was running and could not be cut off. it probably needed a new fill valve. Management was initially very responsive, but the last I heard was that they would let me know when the plumber could out and repair. That was on a monday, and I never heard anything after that (we left thursday).

Check in and parking were easy to access. Overall good stay

very beautiful inside and out and the balcony was huge and spacious. everything was so clean and peaceful truly paradise. The pool was great and the people we met were amazing as well.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo. The master bed is beautiful but completely impractical for anyone with mobility issues. It is too tall. A step stool would be helpful. I could not get into the bed. We had to move a barstool to use like a ladder. The fantastic patio would benefit from some comfortable lounge chairs for reclining. Furnishings in living area were okay, but not overly comfortable. Kitchen was outfitted nicely and had nice cookwear and plenty of space for food storage. Master bathroom is beautiful but there are no grab bars in shower, bath, or toilet areas. Toilet seemed to not fill quickly enough to be used back to back. Giant jacuzzi tub was wonderful for soaking but difficult to get out of. Laundry facilities are modern and good. All of the emails and texts on arrival day were overkill. We still did not receive the very complicated door code until well after the 4:00 check in. The multiple pre-notices were really unnecessary.

Summer vacation couldn’t have come sooner and this was the perfect location! Everything we needed and the chairs and umbrella was the cherry on the top! This will be our #1 spot from here out. We’ve stayed at several locations here in Navarre none have compared. Absolutely lovely.

The condo was clean and exactly what we needed to enjoy the beach. The balcony was wonderful with a great view. We enjoyed the beach service. We were very comfortable and able to cook a few meals. The beach was amazing, the location near the pier was perfect. We walked miles along the water, played in the surf, soaked up the sun, did yoga on the beach, found a few amazing shells, and then had a easy comfortable condo to go back to at night so we could do the same thing the next day.

We had a wonderful stay at this Navarre Beach condo! The unit was spotless upon arrival and perfectly located—just steps from the beach with amazing views right from the balcony. The easy access to the sand and water made our days super relaxing, and we loved having our morning coffee with that ocean view.The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed, which made it easy to cook and enjoy meals in. The beds were really comfortable too, which isn’t always the case when you travel—so we definitely appreciated that!The only small thing we wished was different: it would’ve been nice to have a few more basic supplies like kitchen cleaning items, a little extra toilet paper and paper towels, and maybe some more laundry detergent. Most other places we've stayed have included those basics, and it would’ve made things just a bit more convenient.Overall, though, it was a fantastic stay and we’d absolutely return. The location and cleanliness really stood out!

Beautiful view from balcony, we were moved to 8B west due to air condition problems in 5E which we were notified before we check in. 8B had the same layout as 5E. The place had more then enough room, It was very clean, the kitchen was supply with everything we needed to cook and bake. Love having the umbrella & chair service plus the beach towels and ice chest bag. It was decorated beautifully. We would highly recommend this place and come back again.

The parking pass didnt work for us- someone else parked in our spot the entire week, so unfortunately, we had to park in a spot that wasn't reserved. We did have issues with the AC fan the first day but they fixed it right away. We would definitely return.

View was great from balcony. I had seen other reviews that the kitchen lacked enough eating utensils and as far as pots there were only 2 small pots. Had to cook pasta in small batches. I had hoped that the issue had been resolved before our arrival. Even with that said I would recommend the condo.

Condo was clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Amazing, large, shaded balcony made this great unit that much better!! I highly recommend!
