Beach Colony Resort West 1A Gulf Front - Sleeps up to 8 + BEACH SERVICE

It was clean which is a huge plus! It had everything we needed at least to start off with. It was a great location and quiet! Very cozy and spacious and decor was beautiful. I loved everything about it. One thing is the sliding door to master bedroom was jammed and we could not seem to unlock it but that was not too bad since there was another door to the same balcony. Everything was perfect and I would definitely recommend to friends or stay here again! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived on Sunday 10-6 and left Saturday 10-12. We stayed in 1A. We had the first floor. Rental was everything as advertised. Photos were exact. We had 2 issues while staying there...Dryer didn't work and we had very low water pressure in shower. The onsite communication with the management company was amazing. They accommodated the dryer situation and sent appliance tech over for dryer and plumber over for shower. We loved the first floor, the size of the pool and proximity to beach. Once out of elevator, you could be to the beach in about 2 minutes. Pool..less than 1 minute. This area of Navarre is pretty quiet in the fall vs other places. We have stayed in Destin, PCB, Pensacola, etc. First time in Navarre...highly recommend. Andy D's, TC's Front Porch, Slippery Mermaid were amazing eating spots.

The location was great!! It was super clean. I love the fact that we had two chairs and an umbrerella!! It was the most peaceful and relaxing stay. Would HIGHLY recommend this condo to anyone!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with our family. It was much appreiated!!!

We absolutely loved everything about this condo. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. We loved not having to get in the elevator. The balcony was so nice being shaded all day and that is where we spent most of our time when we were not at the beach . We definitely will rent again and we definitely found a very quiet place to stay for our vacations. The property manager was wonderful to deal with too and easy to get in touch with .

Our family had 5 adults and 1 toddler. The pool was great. Everything was very clean and well maintained with only a few exceptions. The WiFi did not work the entire stay, which was an “emergency” when you have a toddler wanting to watch Trolls or Bluey! Also, the balcony sliding door lock mechanisms were rusty and would not lock. The condo was very nice, had comfortable beds and spacious. We did find dirty dishes in the cabinet. We figured the dishwasher cycle had been missed after the last vacationers. Regardless, If we come back to Navarre beach, I would stay here again.
